The condo itself was a 12 out of 10 but the “patio” is communal and there are NO shades on the windows to the patio so you are in a fishbowl which sucked. With blinds, that wouldn’t be a huge deal so hopefully that changes for future travelers. The quality of the entrance doesn’t match how nice the condo itself is. Having 5 king size bedrooms was absolutely perfect for our group and rare so kudos on that front.

Great place, we really enjoyed it! Had everything we needed and our group of 9 fit comfortably. Highly recommend, would stay again. Communication was excellent, no complaints!!

We loved our stay at the Eleanor! The property matched the photos, and the beds were so comfortable.The pool was comically small lol.We'll definitely be back!

Perfect facility and location

Enjoyed the amenities like the hot tub and pool. Everything was clean and in order. Loved the location. Walkable to the Quarter and other sites.

Great place for a lavish girls trip

A BEAUTIFUL penthouse that made for an amazing place to house a group of girls for a NOLA weekend to remember! The bedrooms are beautiful and everyone was so impressed. 10/10 would stay again!

Centrally located penthouse apartment

Wonderful experience in the Big Easy! Great penthouse apartment centrally located to restaurants, grocery store, shopping and public transportation. No rental car needed. Highly recommend

What an A.M.A.Z.I.N.G. Well hidden gem in New Orleans!!! It have various sized units that can pretty much accommodate any needs!!! The staff from House keeping, property managers Shane and Lilly are Phenomenal!!!As a note, this IS NOT a Hotel!!! Exactly what I was looking for on my visit for our group of 10! The pictures that you see on their website is what your accommodations will be!!!

Perfect Location!!! We were within walking distance from the casino, Jackson Square, the French Market, and yes the French Quarter. The pool and the hot tub were clean and used every day. Cooling in the pool after our walking trips was the perfect to beat the heat. The penthouse was very clan and well maintained. There were 5 men in the bachelor party that all agreed that there could not have been a better place to stay.

47th Birthday/Girls trip

This penthouse was beautiful and very clean—perfect for celebrating my 47th birthday and girls’ trip! My friends and I truly loved everything about it. The only small downsides were not being able to access the TVs in the bedrooms and the lack of a barrier to keep shower water from spilling onto the floor, which meant we had to use extra towels. Still, those were minor issues compared to the overall experience. The location is ideal—close to everything—and I would absolutely stay here again!

Girlfriend trip

The property appealed to us because we are a group of 7 longtime girlfriends that gather at a different destination once a year to catchup with each other. There were enough beds for us and a living and kitchen area that made it easy for us to share our stories. The location was far enough away from the noise of Bourbon Street but close enough to walk to it and everything else. The #202 airport bus stopping just outside the property was a bonus. The only reason for an overall rating of 4 is that there were a few minor things that needed some repair but I have shared those with the property manager already. The property manager Shane was very responsive whenever we had questions.
