My sister, cousin and I had a wonderful long weekend stay while visiting friends and family in the area. The home was clean and cozy. It is a great location in walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the beach. We would stay again.

The Host was great, the place was very nice and clean. Great location in the heart of Anna Maria Island. Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. We were able to travel with our dog Buddy as well. Highly recommend!

Great stay in a charming little house

We stayed 4 nights in this truly charming and beautiful house and cannot recommend it enough!The description is spot on and the house has all the necessary and desired amenities. The location is perfect for the Beach and we enjoyed our stay very much!The whole Check-in process was very easy and the house is in a very good and clean state.We would love to come back and stay longer!

Fantastic property

We needed a Friday night stay before our week long rental and this place was perfect. You literally can’t beat the location - one block from Pine and two blocks from the beach. The owner was a great communicator and made everything easy. Kids shouted “yay the villa!” every time we passed it that week, and are already asking to return. Super clean, adorable decor and the yard is so charming!

Excellent stay

The location is great. Very short walk to the beach and restaurants. Property was private. Fit family of 5 and dog comfortably. Any questions I had were answered immediately by owner.

Great villa and location!!

This little cottage was exactly as advertised. Very clean, easy check in process - owners were very accommodating to my requests. So close to shops, the trolley and beach. Will definitely be back!!

Graduation celebration

This little north shore gem was cozy and in a perfect location close to shops, restaurants, and a 5 minute walk to the beach. Perfect for a place to land - especially for us as our plans really didn’t have us at the house much. We spent our days at the beach or exploring the island and went out to eat each evening. The kitchen is adequately stocked with cookware, plates, glasses, etc. perfect for our group of 3. The only complaint I had was the beds are not super comfy. But the family room is cute and we could hang out there late evenings.

We relocated here to Anna Maria Island 28 years ago from Michigan. We now enjoy raising our family here in this quaint coastal community. We are business owners locally. In addition to running our vacation rental Michelle is a local successful Realtor on Anna Maria Island at Duncan Real Estate, a mom, a local resource for her customers , and recently after Hurricane Helene and Milton hit she now also loves helping people coordinate their property remodels and decor. I enjoy helping to create a lifestyle for my customers so they can also enjoy our amazing tropical sunsets and be a part of a small quaint coastal community. She also finds time to enjoy the beach and watch a few sunsets and volunteer locally.

We chose to purchase a vacation rental because we knew it was a sound investment and now feel that we hope to be able to share a little bit of this paradise we have found with everyone.

この宿泊施設の特徴

The property is unique in its location. Sitting at the historic north end of Anna Maria. We are in the heart of the village of Anna Maria just steps away from Pine Ave. shopping and dining district. You are literally at the best end of the island and walking distance from everything local that you would want to enjoy and experience. Although having a vehicle is nice it is not necessary as there is a trolley that runs north and south on the island to all the necessary conveniences the island has to offer.
