Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place where everyone will enjoy! This apartment is a very quick drive to high street where all of the actions happen. Conveniently, this warming space is just a 25 minute walk to The Shoe where you can enjoy Buckeye Football weekends!

The Space:
This newly renovated two bedroom and two bath will have you amazed with how cozy it feels! It is perfect for entertaining all while you are sure to have a great night of sleep. Live in the modern comforts of home. Free street parking available.

Guest Access:
There is a lockbox for 24 hour access.

The Neighborhood:
This unit is in the perfect location as High Street (half a mile) , Downtown Columbus (2.5 miles), The Shoe (1.5 miles) and Ohio State campus (half a mile) are all right around the corner.

Getting Around:
Many activities are in walking distance but there is city transportation if needed. Columbus has ample street parking along with most venues having their own parking.

Other Things to Note:
Cancellation Policy: Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check in date is at least 14 days away. A 50% refund is applied for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. NO refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.

Apartment was nice and clean. We stayed Halloween weekend to attend the OSU vs Penn State game. It is located on the same road as frat houses so it was noisey as expected. Beds were comfy.

Unit had a bit of wear and tear, floors not very clean, gaps in the front door. Other than that, this was a good stay with good attentive hosts. Beds and bathroom were very clean. Would stay here again

The apartment itself was clean but hallway was kind of gross. The beds were comfortable. We chose the location because of its proximity to the university. We were visiting for parents weekend. Able to walk everywhere we needed to go. Kind of noisy but that was to be expected. It is student housing after all.

Good day great location to Ohio State

It was a great day because the host was very accommodating. There’s nothing that he can do about the neighbors. The only thing I will say is be aware of your DoorDash. Anytime we had a problem he immediately fixed it.

Good experience

As expected to be in major university campus: a lot of traffic, noise, people and trash. Normally, there’s always parking on the 15th street but expected to walk a block or 2 when there’s Ohio state game as there will not be available parking nearby. The lock at the front entrance can be frustrating after a few tries on the code to get in. Just be patient (the trick is open it very slowly after 2 seconds of count). The unit is good. It has all of the room as described: full kitchen, full shower, 2 bedroom, living room, washer/dryer, and dining room. Just a little too tight. The walls are thin so you can hear other people, doors have gaps around it, may need weather stripping to reduce heat from coming out and hearing loud noises in the hallway. It was great experience overall.
