Summary:
Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place where everyone will enjoy! This apartment is a very quick drive to high street where all of the actions happen. Conveniently, this warming space is just a 25 minute walk to The Shoe where you can enjoy Buckeye Football weekends!

The Space:
This newly renovated two bedroom and two bath will have you amazed with how cozy it feels! It is perfect for entertaining all while you are sure to have a great night of sleep. Live in the modern comforts of home. Free off street parking for 1 car.

Guest Access:
There is a lockbox for 24 hour access.

The Neighborhood:
This unit is in the perfect location as High Street (half a mile) , Downtown Columbus (2.5 miles), The Shoe (1.5 miles) and Ohio State campus (half a mile) are all right around the corner.

Getting Around:
Many activities are in walking distance but there is city transportation if needed. Columbus has ample street parking along with most venues having their own parking.

Other Things to Note:
Cancellation Policy: Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check in date is at least 14 days away. A 50% refund is applied for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. NO refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.

Perfect place to spend our Mother/Daughter weekend for Luke Combs. Lots of shopping, coffee shops, and plenty of entertainment all around and within walking distance.

Amenities were in good condition, close to the stadium for the game we came in town to attend. Very festive atmosphere with all the frat and sorority houses nearby, but still enough space in between then where it wasn’t too loud

Tom was an excellent host. He was very attentive and responded quickly when we arrived and found the A/C not working in our unit. When it could not be fixed in a timely manner, Tom had us move seamlessly to another unit of his in the same complex. It was clean and comfortable and just as advertised.

The apartment was run down and needed maintenance and cleaning. While the host was responsive, they did not ultimately resolve a number of issues we encountered.We wouldn't stay there again.

Ideal location, nice decor, needs some TLC

Location was great to visit our OSU student. Nice decor, couches, beds, etc. Appreciated security code for building and lockbox for apartment keys.Needs some TLC and a deep clean. Property contact was very responsive.

Great location!

Perfect location near OSU. Had everything we needed. Owner communicated promptly every time. The only issue we had is that the building itself was filthy as we walked toward the apartment. Management should be contacted about deep cleaning those halls. Overall worked for a week visiting campus.

Awesome property, weird neighborhood

Overall we loved the apartment! It was clean, convenient to what we needed, and well stocked. The only downside was the neighborhood. It seems to be all frat houses playing impossibly loud music until late into the night. Other than that though, we'd definitely recommend this place! Great communication with hosts!

Close, Clean, Calm

Absolutely perfect. Truly, a wonderful stay right in the middle of OSU. While it was Halloween Weekend with massive parties, music blaring from the nearby fraternity/sorority homes, inside the unit we heard nothing. Quiet, peaceful, clean, comfortable. The beds were delicious, bathroom gorgeous. Kitchen had everything we could possibly want. Washer/dryer in unit, dishwasher. Almost as good as home. With my daughter a student, we will be coming back here again and again. And DOG FRIENDLY!!!

Don't stay here. The pics dont show the lack of upkeep or cleanliness. There were no curtains and blinds were on the floor. This unit is a few steps down, the windows are head level with the parking lot. Car lights lit up the rooms all night. We put the blinds up. No shower curtain, and stains on the floors. The bathroom had holes where the toilet paper holder had been. Walls looked like they had not been cleaned in a long time. No handles on closet and the kitchen cabinet handles were loose and about to fall off. The worst part was the smell. It hits you as soon as you walk in. It was very floral trying to mask the smell of what we thought was old pet urine and feces. We had headaches, it was so strong. When we first arrived we couldnt open the lock box. You had to pry it open. I called the owner to make sure the code was correct, or to see if there was a little trick to get it open easier. No answer. No ringing either. It only played music. I know 11 is late so I wasnt too bothered by no interaction. The next day I left a message and still had no response. We arrived at 11 at night and left at 4 the next day. We didnt stay for 2 nights as planned. We got out as soon as our event was done. I recieved an auto response telling me the leaving procedure. This was after I had told them we left hours earlier. I retorted that they clearly dont check messages or answer phones, and this was a horrible stay. They said a generic, we'll look into these problems. I doubt it.

This apartment is in a great location if you’re visiting OSU’s campus or going to a game. It was not the cleanest, and felt very run down with stains on the floor everywhere and scuffs on every wall. There was not even a towel rack in the bathroom. There was not even a hand towel or bath mat in the bathroom. No trash can in the kitchen, just some bags under the sink we found. This is really a bare bones property. Fine for a short stay, but was very noisy outside in the hallway and in the surrounding area as college kids partied. I wouldn’t stay here again but it was fine for the weekend.
Found a shoe resting on the back of the couch. Is a cleaning person really coming to clean this property? I doubt it.
