Central Tucson Casita

Take it easy at this unique and relaxing getaway. This casita is as unique as Tucson is. It reflects our ‘lil town that could’ in that it is architecturally unique, comfortable, with great lighting from the desert sun, and clean design. The casita has many pluses including central location, easy access to shops, markets, restaurants, UofA and downtown, and bus lines right in the middle of Tucson, tucked away off a main road in the Historic Pie Allen Neighborhood, feeling private and quiet.
The space
The property is a casita on a shared property, with its own entrance in the back and is a quiet space for working or decompressing. It is at the heart of our desert town only an accessible quick walk to many interesting things to do.

Inside you will find tiled floors, a unique clean modern style, great natural lighting, and your own private outdoor area. There is the open concept common areas of kitchen, dining, and living room, and a full bathroom with a door connecting to the bedroom as well as a door to the main room.
Guest access
Guests have access to their own private outdoor area and designated parking spot
Other things to note
Parking for one vehicle is directly in front residence. Any other parking is in the street. We suggest not leaving anything of value in cars and locking the doors, and will not be held responsible for such.

Trash and recycling days are on Mondays, and the bins are located to the far left if looking outside at the front of the condo. If staying for a week or more please take garbage out, and replacement bags are under the sink.
