Beautiful historic two bedroom home located in Armory Park. Walking distance to downtown Tucson and local bars and restaurants! U of A is a 10 minute tram ride away. Impeccably furnished with every amenity you could need. Fully stocked kitchen ready to cook a feast! Stunning back yard with a new pool (pool can be heated for an additional fee -contact host for details). Plenty of patio space to lounge in the sun or relax in the shade. Peaceful and beautiful gardens with olive, grapefruit and lemon trees. A jewel in the desert. One of our first renters wrote. "...The house is great! The most well-stocked rental we've ever rented. The kitchen and its utensils and dishes are wonderful. And the backyard...fantastic!" T Schreiner

Really lovely home, super comfortable beds, and the best stocked kitchen I've ever experienced in a VRBO! The pool was also a wonderful touch, nicer than the photos appear. Heads up, heating is extra, but we found it well worth it during the time we were there (April)

I am so happy you enjoyed my home!!! I do want to clarify that the heating of the pool is mentioned in the description of the home as well as in the pool description in amenities. I do hope that every guest understands that the heating of the pool costs extra as the cost of gas is rising all of the time! If I could heat it for free I would!!! Unfortunately, it is expensive but I hope well worth it for your enjoyment!!!!

Our family had an amazing time on our trip. The home was fully stocked with the essentials. The home has so much character and was very comfortable. The pool was amazing, and the landscaping was beautiful! Felt like we were in a secret garden. We were a few minute walk from lots of food options and a quick 10 min walk to downtown. The host was so easy to communicate with and very responsive as well! Highly recommend for your next trip to Tucson!

This property was perfect for our winter getaway, from the charming. well-stocked home, walkable neighborhood and nearby restaurants to the fabulous backyard (with pool!). Dulce 1902….How sweet it is! We fell in love with this charming house and the spacious, well-kept property. It is cute, clean and peaceful. The neighborhood is very walkable with restaurants nearby and Downtown Tucson is just a short walking distance. We felt very safe here. Jennifer is amazing! We arrived after dark and and had a question regarding entry. We phoned her and she was there to help in 2 minutes!

We spent Thanksgiving at the property and fell in love with the house! It is very special. The outdoor spaces are amazing, olive trees, lemon tree, vines, cacti, birds, shrubs…It’s a beautiful oasis. Jenn was so responsive when I had a request on Thanksgiving Day. She went out of her way to make me happy. You can just feel the history of the house. The kitchen is very well equipped. There was nothing lacking, even a meat thermometer for the turkey. The beds are comfy, the living room is great for movie watching, the front porch for coffee, the backyard for dining. We had a such a great stay!!

Amazing Spot

We had a perfect vacation here. The house is so comfortable and it really just feels like you’re staying in a friend’s home. The backyard and pool are STUNNING and we spent so much magical time out there. It’s walking distance to so many wonderful coffee shops and the brewery nearby was great. I recommend this 100% - you will not regret it.

I am so happy to introduce myself! I've lived in Tucson for over 35 years and absolutely love the Sonora desert. I have raised my five children here and am so happy to wake up every morning to the beautiful sun and mountains. I love hiking Tucson's varied hiking trails and have just started mountain biking. There is so much history here with wonderful restaurants and plenty to do outdoors.

This is a beautiful and unique property. This home was built in 1902 and has so much charm. When you enter the backyard you are transported to your own private resort. Lovely gardens and a beautiful heated black bottom pool. Lounge chairs and seating areas to relax or entertain your friends and family. The inside of the house is lovingly decorated to feel like a peaceful home where you can relax and enjoy the Old Pueblo.

I love the location of this home. You are 0.7 miles from downtown bars and restaurants and 0.5 miles from the tram that can take you to U of A. The historic neighborhood of Armory Park is a beautiful place to take an evening stroll and enjoy all of the old homes in the neighborhood. It is a quiet and peaceful area to be in.
