There is also free street parking, but we are not responsible if your car gets towed for being parked in a non-designated spot.- We cannot accommodate special requests for specific cleaning products, linens, etc. but we are practicing COVID safe cleaning methods and using antibacterial products
- No mailbox access is given. Guests may have packages delivered to the front door, Amazon locker, or P.O. Box, but we are not responsible for items you have delivered.
- We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises.
- We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind.
- We do our best to accommodate early or late check-ins, but due to our cleaners’ tight schedules, check-out time is strictly at 11 AM. There is a $50/hour fee for late check-out.
- No parties or events are allowed, and quiet hours are from 10PM to 8AM daily.
- All guests occupying the property must be accounted for on the reservation. Please do not have more guests than stated in your reservation and do not have any unapproved visitors.
- As future guests may have pet allergies, no pets are allowed. A minimum $250 fee will be charged if this rule is violated.
- No smoking (of cigarettes or marijuana) and no drug use is allowed on the property. A minimum $250 fee will be charged if this rule is violated.
- 1.5 X rate additional charged for deep cleans will be added to stays over 3 weeks.

Charming. Will return!
This charming home is in Sam Hughes near my family and the university. There is public transportation, restaurants, and a market within a block. Despite the busy Sixth Street, the house is tranquil. I slept great! Also, this is the second property of this owner that I've stayed at. They are very communicative and easy to work with. I will return!

Wonderful week in Tucson
The property was just as pictured, with wonderful communication from Bree. We had a seamless check-in, and were delighted to find so many great spots in easy walking distance (Tumerico! Flora's Market!). The neighborhood was beautiful and we loved looking out at the garden. Thanks so much for a wonderful and easy time in Tucson!
