S.V. Hideway is an Urban rental with a Suburban feel, nestled on a hill adorn with comfort, allowing you to relax and release once your done with your activities and exploring Metro Birmingham. Downtown is 20 mins away, food and shopping 5 mins away, the Great River Outlet, Buc'ees, and Birmingham Shuttleworth Int'l Airport about 12 minutes away. S.V. Hideaway is a 3 Bedroom with four beds that sleeps 8 and two bathrooms with a fenced in backyard. TV's are located in every bedroom, Living room, and Sitting Room. We look forward to Hosting you and your guests.
There's a $200 pet fee per stay for any guest booking with a pet. If have any questions, please ask before booking.

Ideal location close to Trussville for dining, loved the little extras, snacks, bag of ice, plenty of bathroom essentials and towels. Quiet neighborhood, tvs in all the rooms with remotes that work, washer/dryer, very clean, nice open layout for family. Kitchen had a spice rack and oil, paper towels, comfortable beds. Will definitely stay here again if available.

Pleasant stay

The home was clean, modern and inviting just as it shows online. The neighborhood was also nice and quiet. I had a few questions and the host responded instantly. It was a pleasant stay and I definitely would visit again.

Nice property

The house was nice, well kept, and clean. We had a mechanical issue with the refrigerator, and it was taken care of promptly by the host. Communication with the host was great. Replies were quick and all the information we needed for our stay was provided before arrival. I would stay there again.

Thanksgiving getaway

We truly enjoyed the home and our visit. It had all the amenities that we needed. It was cozy and the neighborhood was quiet. One suggestion, there needs to be mote lighting out front. It was too dark. We would definitely come back though.

We apologize for the lighting situation but We do provide motion lighting out side but for some reason the previous guest turned the covered light switch off and did not turn back on before leaving. Great property appreciate you making it available. The only feedback I would have is the rules around where to eat( only in the kitchen area), early check out ( typically it's at 11am) having to remove all the sheets were a little strict for a rental property. Additionally there were no dish towels in the kitchen to assist with cleaning. Overall we ensured that we left it in satisfactory condition.

Thank you for your review. We have a set check out at 10:00 to allow cleaning for next guest arriving the same day. We are gladly to accommodate guest with a late checkup upon request depending housekeeping schedule and guest arrival on the same day. Unfortunately we request guest to eat in kitchen area which there is plenty of seating because we have experienced guests staining furniture and not cleaning it up in a timely manner leaving things permanently stained. There should have been a dish cloth/sponge under the kitchen sink. Which I will mention to housekeeping to make sure that one is left every time.

Family reunion

The property was clean inside, downed trees in back yard made hazardous for children & pets got thru multiple breaks in fence including neighbors. Overall it is comfortable & convenient to shopping.It lies in the airport flight path with numerous takeoffs low overhead. Not for light sleepers

Thank you Eddy, for your review, once again information was sent to you prior to check in of act of nature beyond our control regarding falling tree which lead to fence being damage. We stated that the tree was in the process of being removed and that the back patio was still able to be of use, in which you were able to access the patio from inside the house.
