Perfect for us

This was perfect for us because it was close to friends who lived nearby. And when we needed something it wasn’t a long drive to get anything.

Great time in the Villages

The house was very nice. We figured out the golf cart usage in the Villages. We figured out the golf course reservation system and how to get a visitor pass.

Florida Re-Visit

House was very comfortable, well stocked and very clean. Since we hadn't stayed in that particular house, it would've been nice to have our questions answered in advance by the host so that we could've known what to plan on -- we could've taken a few items from home to lower expenses there. Also, we didn't get the link to obtain the guest passes for pool before we left.

The landscaping had not been addressed for quite some time it appeared & other issues such as no lock on back slider except for using a stick in the slider trough, the neighbors garage door opener also opening the rental properties garage door were two main issues and/or concerns.

Doubled booked

A few days before our arrival I contacted the Host to confirm our reservation. Sharon confirmed said we were ready to go. We drove 5 hrs and had a Golf cart delivered for our stay. We found that someone else was already staying there host was not able to be reached. Neighbors called Todd and Sharon too. VRBO couldn’t reach them either. We were forced to make other accommodations and take a loss on the golf cart. Do not use this host never apologized for double booking. VRBO management was excellent Giving us options

The Villages 2025

Garage door opener never worked and the carpet needs to be cleaned. Blinds in living room were broken and wouldn't close. No privacy. Curtains in large bedroom do not cover the slider. Again, privacy is the issue. We had a great time visiting friends but the home needs work

Adequate

Experienced problems with the garage door and access. The neighbor could open the garage door with her opener. Little to no information on checkout with garbage, used towels or dishwasher, etc. Contact with host was minimal. Notes from prior guests expressed same concerns with notes that had not been addressed or resolved. Otherwise the property was fine.
