THIS HOUSE IS DIRECTLY NEXT DOOR TO VRBO PROPERTY ID 1729305

The 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom and 1726 sq ft hidden treasure is nestled under the high tree canopies and sits directly on the edge of the clear spring waters of the Weeki Wachee river.

The home has recently been beautifully remodeled and decorated. The living and dining space flow through oversized sliding glass doors into the enclosed and finished Florida room. The panoramic views through the floor to ceiling windows beg you to step outside to enjoy the breath taking views first hand of the winding river. The large wooden deck sits over the rivers edge. Stairs just off of the deck allow you direct access down into the cool blue waters so you can enjoy kayaking, paddle boarding, swimming and more right from your back yard. There are 4 - single person kayaks for you to enjoy.

Each bedroom is nicely sized and the house sleeps up to 8 comfortably. The dining room has plenty of room and is fully equipped for any cook to prepare their fresh catch of the day.

Even though you may feel deep in nature and secluded from the world, you are only minutes away from SR 50, 15 minutes away from the Suncoast Parkway and less than an hours drive from the Tampa International Airport. Weeki Wachee Springs State Park home to the world famous Weeki Wachee Mermaids and Buccaneer Bay is 5 minutes away. Rogers Park & Boat Ramp is less than 10 minutes away.

You truly will leave this vacation home feeling relaxed, refreshed and revitalized. Many book their next reservations before the end of their stay. The hardest part will always be packing up and saying good bye until the next time. Schedule your trip now before the calendar fills up.

Beautiful, peaceful and comfortable

Best family vacation!

This home and spot exceeded our expectations! We spent everyday on the water and were lucky enough to see a manatee and dolphin. Very spacious and really nice having an area for the kids on the other side from adults!

This place is beautiful. Very spacious and beautiful spot on the river. There is some sit in kayaks but we didnt use them. As others have said, bring your extrpaper

River paradise

Beautiful location on the river. Quiet area with just a few houses. Perfect "kids room" on one side of the house. Loved seeing the deer, turkey and manatees everyday. Truely a paradise!

Beautiful spot

Cute & cozy with a view on the most perfect corner on the river. We saw deer and turkey every morning out front and saw manatees in the river. It was a perfect getaway weekend. We will definitely be back.

Amazing

Getaway with friends

We enjoyed the scenery and the river right in the back yard. We also seen deer, turkey, and many birds. We enjoyed the (4) kayaks they were so much fun. Very quiet neighborhood but so close to restaurants and shopping.

Florida natives needing a break

Our family chose this because of the pictures of how the water looks off the back deck- and it was exactly as advertised. Inside of house was clean and comfortable. Back deck and kayaks were well used. Very responsive host and was able to accommodate our delayed check out. We hope to be back!

Was one of the best places we have been! The house was clean and had plenty of room for all of us. The spring was in the back yard and easily accessible. We saw all kinds of wild life. Birds, fish, an otter, and at least 3 manatees. There are so many things to do that we will have to come back!

Wonderful rental on the Weeki Wachee River!

This was the perfect spot to rent on the river. Super quiet neighborhood and lots of nature to see. Turkeys, deer, and a variety of species of birds. It was cold when we were here, but that let us see lots of manatees. The house is wonderful and the host was quick to respond. We will definitely be back again in the future. One of the best VRBO rentals ever!
