Classic mid-century era California home with 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, 2 family rooms and a lovely pool. Perfect sunny spot close to many hiking trails, half hour from San Francisco, the wine country, Stinson Beach/Pt Reyes, and Spirit Rock. Lots of character, an organic garden, in the heart of Marin.
The space
My house is a sweet, comfy mid-century modern home with an atrium when you walk in, and the house wraps around a pool. Outside dining is the way to go if you love dinner en plain air. The kitchen has been remodeled with all new appliances, living room and family rooms are airy. Each bed is very comfortable (3 Queens, 1 King) with new mattresses. It can fit up to 8 people.
Guest access
Guests are welcome to use the pool, bbq, kitchen, tv, and wifi.
Other things to note
I live in a quiet neighborhood so I do not allow parties at my house. This is my home, and needs to be respected as such.
