not worth the money i spent

from the minute we arrived we had trouble with the cable t.v. . we had to reboot the cable over and over again for the whole week of our stay. i have the same cable in my condo and never had problems like that in my life. the second problem was we had to buy household items that in other places i rented were always suppied. in 7 days i had to buy garbage bags, paper towels, soap bars, dishwasher detergent, toilet paper.

Pay attention to the listing and ignore the pictures

Read the description VERY carefully or you won’t be happy! Be sure to ignore the photos on this listing because the listing doesn’t match and the management company takes ZERO responsibility about it. Pictures show 6 beds and there are only 4 with a pull out couch. The listing also has pictures to show seating for everyone on the patio and there are 2 chairs for a house that sleeps 8. When I reached out to the owner, there was no communication for 12 hours to which they told me “we are not legally obligated to change the pictures as long as the description is accurate and we are not responsible for the extra amenities like the outdoor furniture”

Deceived by Evolve agent

As you can see by the photos of the front of the townhome, it showed a balcony. I asked your agent (a man) if my property had the front balcony. He said yes. I asked several times and he said I'm getting a front balcony. We were disappointed when we arrived and seen that the balcony was in the rear of the home. There was no view of water or the casinos which I was told. Your photo misrepresented this property showing that t his property had a front balcony when actually it was in the rear. The rear balcony was in terrible condition that it was unusable. The deck was splintered and no chairs. The view was of houses that were close about 50 ft away. Those houses were in disrepair and closely resembled a slum area. Your photos of the outside patio under the balcony were also misrepresented. The patio saw the same view as the balcony. We never used the balcony or the patio. My family enjoys being outside grilling and eating. The inside of the home was very nice and we stayed inside the whole time. Your company and your agents are not familiar with the properties that you represent. You take photos and try to sell the rentals based on these photos that do not show the property as it actually is. Your agent will say anything to get the rental. I wouldn't recommend you to others unless you can compensate me for this deception. Sharon Rago

Close to AC and golf courses. Also nice to drive the 4x4 on the beach. Beds were very comfortable.

Fun Getaway

Came here with the family for a week. Well located. Only a 10 minute walk to a nice beach. The nearby beach is mostly for 4x4 vehicles, but you can walk on with a beach tag too. Easy drive to other beaches too. Overall house was nice. Only downers were that the oven door wouldn’t shut properly, there were ants here and there in the house, and the backyard could have been a tad nicer (for my liking), but hey it is the beach so we didn’t sweat the small stuff and enjoyed our stay.

Great little condo

We have a great trip to Atlantic City. The condo was clean and the bathrooms have been renovated beautifully. It is in a cute little quiet community. I would definitely recommend staying here and will be back in the future. Just a short uber ride to the casinos.

Dirty laundry was left in washing machine, hair on floors in bathroom, kitchen glasses dirty

Will never go back...there was not enough furniture in house no sitting room furniture other then sofa, no bedroom end tables, hairs on bathroom floors, dirty laundry left in washing machine including underwear, dirty glasses and silverware, the place was dirty from top to bottom. We left went home two days before our vacation was due to end and requested two days refund.

Perfect vacation home!!

This house was absolutely perfect! We had my husband, 3 kids, my mother, and myself and it had plenty of room. Seemed to be the perfect size for us, not to big but not small at all. The house was well kept and clean. Well stocked with everything you would need. Only thing you have to do is pack your bags, food, and bathing suit and you are set for your stay. The back yard was my favorite part of the house. It was very private and fenced in which was perfect for my kids. The cove was minutes away which was also perfect since we have the drive on pass as well. We enjoyed every minute of our vacation.

The home was adorable. It was perfect for our family of 7. Nice open space downstairs. 2 full baths upstairs. Adorable back yard area fenced in for our little one except for the mosquitos at night. Bring bug spray if the mosquitos like you! We like the location at that end of the island. If you are looking to wake up and walk on to the beach, this would not be the ideal spot to stay. I would stay here again with no problem!! We already miss BB💛☀️☀️☀️

Not worth the price

This house was not what the pictures portrayed. There were ants sporadic throughout, the appliances needed to be cleaned, the disposal was not working and leaking into a pan under the sink that contained black water that stank. There was mold in the one shower. I paid too much for this house to be this way. Not happy, will not be back.

Wedding weekend

Our son and daughter in law were married at the Laguna on June 1st. We reserved the house for May 29 - June 3rd. From check in to check out and in between, we were so pleased with size, cleanliness accommodations and the awesome contact with Jose. This made a stressful and exciting wedding weekend so much more enjoyable. Every person who came to the house was so impressed with everything. I would definitely recommend renting this house to everyone! Jose is so very helpful, nice and takes extreme pride in his property. It definitely shows! Thank you again Jose!

We stayed in your home for a girls weekend trip. We absolutely loved this home! It was very inviting and clean. The beds were comfortable and the neighborhood is nice. The casinos and shopping was a quick trip over the bridge. So much to see and do. We would definitely come back and stay in this home. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

Perfect weekend getaway

Great place to stay

Mr Perez home was a great place to stay. Wonderful location the home has everything you would need the kitchen is great I like to cook so I was like a kid in a candy store plenty of kitchen utensils plates glassware and a dishwasher so we didn’t need to use paper products which makes it better for the environment. I rented this home February 2019 so the fire place was great. Not only did it look good it also heated up the room ....very cozy
