Good location

The location was perfect with a short walk to the beach and into town! Kit was a wonderful host, promptly responding to questions we had regarding the home.

Great location

Perfect spot. Easy walk to the beach, easy walk to restaurant/bar. Quiet neighborhood. Enjoyed the backporch every morning and evening.

Cute cottage in Colonial Beach

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this charming cottage! It was perfect for our family of six, including two grandparents, two parents, and two children. However, we would recommend it for shorter stays (less than 3 nights) with a group as large as ours due to the single bathroom. Kit, the host, was extremely responsive and helpful. The location of the cottage is super convenient to restaurants and the beach. The covered porch is very comfortable. One tip for future guests: consider bringing earplugs for sleep, as the nearby dogs can get lively. Overall, we highly recommend this cozy cottage!
