Wonderful Family House With Unique Sea View

A cosy villa with a beautiful view to Spetses Island and the coast of Arkadia and Lakonia. The interior is designed and decorated to high end standards and it is equipped with all modern electrical appliances, as well as sat TV. An open plan kitchen is located on the first floor alongside the living room and two bedrooms with a bathroom. Each bedroom has its own balcony and a spacious terrace with dining table is connected to the living room. On the ground floor there are two guest houses with private bathrooms and living rooms that host two couples with their children. All bedrooms have A/C and TV The villa is surrounded by a splendid garden with a large terraced area with sun loungers, outdoor shower, and a dining table with six chairs. A private gated parking for two cars is also provided. . Bedding, towels and, once per week, maid service is included to make your stay easy and comfortable. The villa is a short walk away from the sea and three kilometers away from the port of Portoheli.

Une vue et un extérieur époustouflant et quelques manques dans le logement.

L'arrivée à la maison se fait par une côte qui est plutôt impressionnante à monter en voiture la première fois. A notre arrivée, nous avons constaté que la machine à laver le linge était en panne. Après un coup de fil au propriétaire, un technicien est rapidement venu réparer la machine. Nous avons séjourné à 9 dans les deux maisons (à deux familles) et quelques équipements manques (manque d'ustensiles de cuisine dans la maison du bas, manque de couverture) ou ne sont pas assez performant quand on a besoin de faire à manger (les plaques de cuisson sont lentes). On a pas eu besoin d'utiliser le wi-fi (le réseau 4g nous suffisait) mais ça tombait bien car il n'a commencé à fonctionner le dernier jour après le passage d'un technicien et le changement de la box internet. La veille de notre départ, une grosse averse a rendu le portail motorisé impossible à ouvrir. Après 2 heures de manipulation et de tentatives de résolution du problème avec le propriétaire au téléphone, le portail fonctionnait de nouveau. Il faut savoir enfin que l'eau du robinet n'est pas potable (la sécheresse qui touche le bassin méditerranéen nous contraint de nous adapter) Les points positifs de ce logement sous néanmoins nombreux: Toutes les pièces de la maison sont propres et agréables à vivre, l'extérieur est très bien aménagé avec deux terrasses. L'environnement de la maison est splendide et très calme et la vue est à coupé le souffle, on ne s'en lasse pas. Je recommande cette location.
