The extra cleaning fee per pet is based on the number of nights of your stay: 1-2 nights: $100; 3-6 nights: $150; 7-29 nights: $250; 30+ nights: $300; 59+ nights $300/month. There is a 2 pet maximum and only cats/dogs are allowed. If discovered afterwards, this fee doubles.

Conference stay

Myself & a co-worker stayed here for a work conference. Plenty of room and just close enough to the conference center and the theme parks. Great host! Will definitely use again!

The condo was HUGE, clean and well located, especially for the price. Much cheaper than a hotel and pet friendly. Not in the middle of things, but only 10-15 minutes easy drive from most of the parks. The hosts were EXCELLENT, always available and willing to answer my questions. I would definitely stay there again when visiting Orlando.

Perfect space for our trip! Clean and comfortable!

We were in town to attend our son's graduation and get him packed up and ready to move back home to AZ. His apartment was in the same complex as this rental.This unit was exactly as advertised. Clean and comfortable. Very nice, quiet neighborhood.One thing that I have noticed about Florida rentals in general is that there seems to be a lack of towels. I have rented homes all over the US and every time I rent in Florida there are less towels than available occupancy. There are definitely not enough for everyone to use and dry hair. Note that you probably should pack some of your own. Overall, I would definitely recommend this rental!

Its close to everything you need. All the theme parks are within 5-25 minutes. Close to the airport at 12 minutes. Near the convention centers at International Drive.
