Enjoy every minute of your stay at the beach in this well appointed premium vacation home. Just steps to the beach and walking trail; this home combines the best of coastal style with relaxing views of the adjacent state park. The large kitchen functions well for multiple chefs and overlooks the living room letting you enjoy the company of friends. The spacious living room provides a wonder spot for reading or entertaining. The Grays Harbor Lighthouse is a stunning reminder of Westports connection to the Sea and is clearly visible from this home. The master bedroom has a king bed and adjoining bathroom all its own.


Please note periodic construction is happening in the vicinity of this condo during the summer or 2024 and efforts by the HOA are being made to minimize noise and disturbances. Work is not scheduled for the weekends.


In addition to all the comforts of home in your beach vacation condo, your stay with us includes total access to all the amenities our property has to offer. This includes a large hot tub, heated seasonal swimming pool, barbeque grills, and well equipped exercise center at the clubhouse. There is also a large grassy play-field perfect for the kids, a basketball court, putting green, horseshoe pits, and playground for the little ones. Soak up the sunshine and relax on one of the many park benches and watch the activities. No worries, its time to have fun at the beach!

Quiet spot near the beach

I needed a quiet sport away from the hustle and bustle of Seattle to relax for a few days and take care of some personal business, and this was a great place to do it. It is near the beach and just a short drive to Westport. It was exactly what I needed!

Great view

Very relaxing with beach a 5 min walk away and pool and hot tub were great for the kids. Didn’t really need to go anywhere but the grocery store.

Wonderful weekend getaway

This condo was perfect for our familys extended weekend getaway. We wanted something that was within walking distance from the beach for our kids and were happy that there was also a heated pool to enjoy. The condo was so nicely upgraded and stocked with all of the things we needed.

Excellent location to get to the beach nice view. Everything was very clean and organized. Love the pool and the hot tub. The staff in the clubhouse is very knowledgeable and very helpful. Vacation by the sea is very helpful and work well with anything you need. The beds were very very soft and comfortable. And we loved loved loved the blackout curtains in the bedroom and the blackout blinds in the living room. Made it fantastic for being able to sleep in. But a great view on a nice rainy day kept nice and warm. Hope to stay there again hope to be there for the summer. Perfect place for the summer.

Nice place but noisy!

Very loud!! We should have been told there would be a construction crew working in the unit next door to us.They were hammering and sawing continuously from 8 am to 5 pm everyday. Impossible to relax!!

Inaccurate Location-Massive Construction

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Impeccably clean. However, inaccurate location description. Map shows this condo to be on the ocean, in fact it is the last condo in the complex.A sliver of ocean view, mostly parking lot, and about 2 feet of the lighthouse can be seen above the trees. War zone construction all around in the complex and very loud road noise and traffic 24 hrs a day. Very little water pressure also. Overall it was ok, but certainly not worth the price we paid. It is obvious the location on the map is used to deceive renters into thinking it’s on the ocean so they can rent this unit out more and for a high price. Very disappointing.

A wet and windy visit to the beach

The condition of the property was not as clean as our first visit. The blinds in the bedroom had been damaged and the headboard had dents in it. The condo is starting to show signs of neglect by the cleaning people and previous visitors. The owners should not allow children or pets.
