Our loft is located only a couple of miles from Bennett Springs State Park and other attractions. Riverfront campground will shuttle you to and from the property if your group books a float through them! This cabin will sleep 8 and offers a full kitchen, open floor plan, and fire pit and grill out back for everyone to relax and spend some quality time together.

This was a wonderful place to stay! There was plenty of room for the 6 of us. The location was great and we were able to use the shuttle from riverfront campground. We plan to book this house again in the future!

Overall the house and location was fantastic. Super clean and perfect for a short trip. Would be perfect if a grill was supplied or if listing explained what was provided and what was not. Only issue we had was only 1 roll of toilet paper and no extra trash bags but beyond that it was a great stay!

The property was very clean and neat! On another note the property needs to be equipped with patio furniture, and a BBQ grill. It would have made for a more enjoyable stay to be able to grill and relax on the deck.

Had a great trip. Everything was perfect. Neighbor had a dog that would bark early in the AM but that’s no fault of the property.

Our stay here at the Coyotes Loft was absolutely amazing! This little place is cozy & peace, it was perfect for our fly fishing getaway! Its location to Bennett Spring is perfect, it’s a 3 mile drive to God’s Country! Cody was nothing short of amazing, his communication is top notch! Thank you so much Cody!! Definitely will keep coming back for sure, the only thing I will say is maybe to up grade the beds, other the that it was perfect!

We were missing bedding upon arrival, the host was very quick to respond and get us bedding in a very timely manner! The main floor bed is very uncomfortable, but our kids said they slept fine in all the other beds! We really appreciated the quick response by host! There is not any extra items at the loft, ie shampoo, coffee, crockpot, etc. I assume this is because it is such a new place. Also, this space accommodates 8 (small 8 people) to sleep, but there is not enough seating for 8 for meals or to watch TV.

We really liked the loft cabin, it was clean and well maintained with plenty of parking space. We had people over for dinner that have been going to this area for years comment on how much nicer it was than where they were staying and they will be renting this place for now on. We did have an issue with ants and no outside furniture on the deck but we had already seen other reviews so we had brought our own so it wasn’t an issue. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to the area.

If you’re looking for bare bones, this place is for you! This property has ZERO amenities. It was very clean, but did not live up to my expectations. Here are some items of note:Kitchen - no cooking staples (flour, sugar, salt, pepper, oil, measuring cups, measuring spoons, etc). The unit advertises it sleeps 8, however, it only had 6 plates and 4 bowls. If you plan to be there for more than a week, pack as if you are camping. You will need to bring everything you will need. Bedrooms - Bedroom one was sufficient, but there was no place to unpack and put clothes away. There is a generous closet, but no hangers. “Bedroom” two claims to have 2 double beds but only has one. This bedroom is actually the loft that is open to the living space. Bathroom - For a unit that is supposed to sleep 8, there was one hand towel, 3 washcloths and 6 towels. If you’re come to expect basic items like soap, shampoo or a hair dryer, you will be disappointed. Living space - indoor seating is lacking. There are 4 chairs at the dining table, 2 chairs in the living room and one small couch that will seat 3 thin adults. Outdoor space - nice back yard with a lovely fire pit and a covered back porch. Would have loved to enjoy these amenities, however, there was no outdoor furniture, not one chair. On a positive note, the host is definitely not a micro manager. Zero communication during our stay, including no checkout instructions, which is great if you are looking for privacy!
