Your whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this CENTRALLY located house. Come enjoy the beautiful beach while staying at the “Holiday House!” Enjoy the year round HEATED POOL. You will fall in love with this stylish BRAND NEW 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home

Welcome to the “Holiday House” where every stay will fill you with warm memories of the beach breeze & the glorious sunshine! This house boasts a HEATED POOL year around & an outdoor shower. This Luxurious NEW build is a 4 bedroom 3 & 1/2 bath with an open concept living/dining kitchen space with a balcony view of the pool below. The well stocked kitchen includes everything you need to host a meal, brand new kitchen appliances include a gas stove, microwave drawer, dishwasher & wine fridge. The master bedroom is located upstairs with a spacious bathroom with a shower & a beautiful modern free standing, soaking tub. Also located on the 2nd floor is the 2nd bedroom with a queen bed & an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The other 2 bedrooms are located on the ground floor with a single queen bed in one room with a twin over queen bed in the bunk room. Smart tv’s provided in each bedroom. A bathroom with a shower is located downstairs, as well as the washer & dryer closet. Parking space for 4 vehicles & boat parking is allowed.

You cannot beat the location of this house, it is walking distance to dining, shopping & the beach!

Location!!!

Location is great! Walking distance to restaurants, shops and grocery store! Pool was amazing kids loved it and very refreshing to come back to after the beach! Owner was great to work with and beach was easy to get to.. loved how the house was close to get to so many places! Would love to book again.

1st Large Fam Vaycay

Place is amazing, spacious, clean, and welcoming. Everything is within walking distance and their welcome binder gave a lot of helpful information of the area with the dos and don'ts. We will definitely be back for a longer stay!

We didn’t spend much time at the house and I’m not one to leave negative reviews but I do think there are some needed improvements. First, The listing stated a golf cart was included but we were told on the day we checked in it was broken and not available. Upon check in inspection, one of the downstairs guest beds was broken, there were holes in the wall and lots of minor cosmetic improvements needed. The house is not brand new as stated and not very well maintained. The beds overall were super uncomfortable and could use an upgrade as well as to the sheets that are very worn almost feeling dirty. The house is overall stocked with everything needed for a beach stay. It is relatively close to the beach and right behind the swing bar. So you’ll hear Loud music until 10pm and loud kids or adults at the very close rentals next to and behind.
