Whether you are in town to visit friends and family, or vacationing here- you will feel at home and relaxed as soon as you step inside. Our number one goal is to make you + your guests comfortable! We are a pet friendly property and we have a fenced yard. There is a pet fee at a flat rate of $25.
There are 3 twin beds, one double bed and one king bed. The home will be fully stocked with soaps, shampoos, and all linens (+extra if needed).
The Back 40 trail access is off of Cresswell Drive. While you are here, enjoy 500+ mbps Wi-fi, a grill, fire-pit, Smart TVs in every room + more!

When you arrive to your destination on the quiet cul de sac, you will notice open lots to each side of the property and a wooded ravine in the backyard for your private getaway. As you step through the front door you will be greeted with a welcome table and spacious living room that will provide you plenty of space to relax and reminisce about the day's adventures. When you pass through the living room, you will find the dining room area that serves as a perfect space to start your day with a cup of coffee or tea and plan the day's adventures while scanning the large maps of the country's best trail system. As you step onto the back deck you will find an inviting swing to unwind and relax overlooking your private, fenced-in back yard that is lined by trees on all sides and certain to make you smile. When you walk down the stairs off the deck you will find a spacious fenced yard and stone landing with a large fire pit surrounded adirondack chairs for your enjoyment. Grab the s'mores and enjoy your evening! As you retreat for the night, the three bedrooms offer comfortable mattresses and quality bedding. The master bathroom affords you plenty of space with double sinks, a bathtub with jets, tile shower, private toilet area, and large walk-in closet. All bedrooms have large walk-in closets and ceiling fans. The spacious two car garage has a work bench, tv, and plenty of space for bike parking. The surrounding area in Bella Vista offers a multiple of recreational activities including mountain biking, hiking, golfing, lakes and kayaking or swimming, waterfalls, and workout facilities. There is not shortage of outdoor activities in Bella Vista and Bentonville is just a short 10 minute drive or 15-20 minute bike ride. This is the perfect location to be close to everything the Northwest Arkansas has to offer while giving you the privacy to relax and get away!
