Casa Bici has direct access to the trail with its groomed private trailhead to Blowing Springs. Kitchen and living room are open concept and offer amazing views of the nature just outside your back door. Casa Bici is located on a double lot with total privacy from neighbors. House is well equipped and garage has necessary equipment to get your bike ready for the trail.

Perfect get-away spot for a family!It felt remote and in the woods, while still close to all the stores and entertainment we could want. We particularly appreciated the thoughtfulness of games and activities. We enjoyed it so much it made us want to move to Bella Vista.

Property was exactly as advertised. Highly recommend! Great location! Close to all activities in Bella Vista and Bentonville. Very peaceful and relaxing setting. Great communication with host and had wonderful recommendations. Would stay again when visiting the area!

The place was well furnished, well maintained, and ready to stay in, in addition to being in an excellent location and very pretty in its own right. I would highly recommend it (though I do warn that the driveway is a little steep and hard to see - come prepared).

Wonderful place to chill

Location was great (private access to Blowing Springs Trail), close to downtown, tucked away on a hill with trees all around, nicely decorated and clean home. We hope to stay here again. Several of us mentioned to each other that the pictures do not do the place justice; it was better than we imagined. Host was great!

Beautiful Spot for Outdoor Enthusiasts

The house is beautiful and feels "out of the way" but is still in close proximity to grocery stores and area attractions. The kitchen is nicely stocked and there is a nice grill on a back deck that faces into the trees. All in all, it's a beautiful setting and the open floor plan allowed for a really nice time for our family to connect.

Spectacular hiking and biking destination

My wife, dogs and I had a terrific time! We LOVED the location and property. We hiked and biked everyday by taking the private trail access at the back of the property. The kitchen was well stocked. The living room was comfy. There are bike tools, repair stand, racks and pumps (yes, including a shock pump)! Even before everything has turned green, the property and view is awesome. We can't wait to stay here again.

Awesome NWA hideaway

Beautiful home right on the mtb trail system. Very clean and well appointed. The driveway may channel your Austin Powers driving ability, but you can do it, just turn the wheel. Highly recommended, just book it now before its gone.

Great house, easy place to rest

We had a great time staying here. The house had all the amenities that were in the listing and the location was great for us. We had easy access to the mountain bike trails (which was our primary reason for coming) but also could get to town and attractions quickly. It was quiet and secluded and night and helped us feel "away". The kitchen/dining/living was great for a family that likes to cook and commune around food. I would highly recommend this house and we would plan to request another stay if we return to the area.

Summer Vacation

We really loved this place but it would have been helpful to know about the tricky driveway because we were towing a boat. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The owners were so accommodating after I made a mistake in my initial booking and I really appreciated their generosity. The master suite was perfect for our family with a new baby.

Beautiful home

This is a beautiful home with everything you need. 15 minutes from everything, and the connected trails were fune. The host was always quick to respond, but i didn't really need anything. I would recommend to anyone who isn't pulling a trailer. The driveway is not suited for it.

Manchester home from home.

What a wonderful home to stay in. Everything you could need outside of groceries has been provided. Very clean. Tastefully decorated. Comfortable beds. And of course the amazing setting, nestled amongst the trees. The elevated patio is blissful, and completely shaded from the sun by the tall trees. We spent many hours there each day. The house and neighborhood is lovely and quiet. Even though other homes are close by, you’d never know it. You cannot see any other houses through the trees. It is a totally private escape. And the best part is you’re only 5 minutes from the local grocery store and a handful of restaurants. Gusano’s Pizza is excellent. The house also has a lovely outdoor fire pit that we made good use of, but without a doubt, the best outdoor feature of the home is that you can pick up the trails that loop through the woods, within 30 yards. Host Ben was fast to respond to any request and gracious in his accommodation of meeting our needs as they arose. Highly recommended. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
