Views of the beach and bay from the balcony. Enjoy a fully appointed kitchen with all the essentials for an extended stay. Stainless Steel appliances, dishes, pots and pans, and coffee bar. Kitchen has all the necessities of home. Nice table that sets 4 people. New Washer and Dryer Combo for convenience. Premium upgrades with a King-sized Karma Moon Mattress by Prana Sleep Premium bedding and towels. Amazing Modern Bathroom tile upgraded shower with all the qualities of home. The Living Room has a pull-out queen size sofa with a 50-inch TV visible throughout the condo. Soaps, shampoos, conditioners, towels, and coffees are provided.

Experience the Gulf Breeze and Embrace Bonita Springs allure. The 15-acre complex is fronted by the Gulf of Mexico on the West, Bay on the East, and Channels to the South. Enjoy the beautiful sunrise and sunset from the balcony. Heated Pools. Beach supplies available to use - beach wagon, knee board, cooler(s), and other beach games. Small Pickle Ball Court. Docs Beach House Restaurant is across from the condo.

This condo is newly renovated and gorgeous. Very clean, a perfect location. Our family enjoyed this area. The host is kind and very responsive. We would stay here again.

The condo was exactly like the pictures, 2 pools between the condos, less than a 5 minute walk to the beach, 2 walking distance restaurants, and David was an amazing host! We ended up landing early and he got us checked in early, he personally called us with food recommendations, and when one of the outlets tripped he came and fixed it for us! We will be staying here again!

Great location

Location couldn’t be beat, right across the street from beach and comfortable walking distance to multiple restaurants. Room had every amenity and everything very clean. Check in and out very easy. Unfortunately Wi-Fi not available and pool was supposed to open during stay but did not. Spent all my time at beach anyway, so no issue for me.

False Advertising

Place was like a war zone. Construction noise was awful. People on scaffolding looking in doorwall and windows. Pool was not operational. No WiFi Balcony boarded up. We were mot made aware of any of this prior to arrival. Very disappointing.

So sorry for your experience. However, the complex is still going through painting on the outside that involves scaffolding. As far as Wi-Fi the description stated NO Wi-Fi, however, I took upon myself to get the guest Wi-Fi. As far as the pool, per the description - check on availability. I offered to send the guest to community pool everyday which was declined. There was no false advertising - Failure on guests' part to read the amenities and description section. In past the unit has received 5 stars.

Met my wife and moved to Panama City Beach. From Panama City Beach, we moved to Fort Myers to retire and enjoy the beautiful beaches and warm temps. Hope you enjoy our beach condo as much as we do.
