Great place

My wife and I were pleasantly surprised at the accommodations. For the price, we expected a middle of the road place. This condo is great! Well decorated, CLEAN, has everything you need (the full kitchen is great), and is a 1 minute walk to the beach. We were very happy with our stay. Lisa has everything you need for a great vacation! The location is also quiet at night- something that is very important to my wife.

What a view!

This was a very nice and relaxing stay. You stepped out to your balcony and you can see the ocean to cross the street to the beach and see the sunset. Absolutely beautiful!The apartment is very well kept and put together. They have everything from glasses to wine glasses, all sorts of plates and call supplies and utensils. It made our stay so easy. If you like jet skiing or parasailing, they rent them across the street. We went jet skiing and had so much fun.The owner is very considerate, communicate and went the extra mile to make us feel at home.

The unit was fine. The building construction was a pain.

The unit was fine, cute and functional. The bathroom sink is rusty, and there is no washer (it was advertised to include a washer). There was lots of construction to work around and it was noisy early.

We had such a great stay here. The condo was incredibly well stocked, especially the kitchen. I cook a lot and usually find myself wishing for certain utensils or tools when traveling, but this kitchen had absolutely everything we needed.The location was perfect. It’s an easy walking distance to the public beach, and there was plenty of parking available. The elevator was also a huge plus for getting luggage and groceries up.The bed and furniture were very comfortable, which made it easy to relax after long beach days.What impressed us the most, though, was the amazing selection of beach gear provided. There were tons of beach chairs, toys, towels, coolers, and even a wagon to haul everything to the beach. It made beach days so easy and convenient.Overall, this was one of the most thoughtfully stocked rental we’ve stayed in, and we would absolutely stay here again!

The property was everything that was advertised. Condo is in a quiet area but close to great beaches. There was construction on our building that the owner warned us about.

Amazing property just steps from the beach!

We love the location of this place, and all of the extra beach amenities Lisa offers! We had one goal of soaking up the sun on this trip, and being steps from the beach made our stay in Bonita springs amazing!!!! Only frustration was that the building construction was literally happening right outside of the unit we were in. The noise was so loud that we could t even hear each other speak. Construction is temporary: this property and and the vacation vibes it exudes are forever!!!!! Would LOVE to stay in this exact spot in the future.

Disappointed

This condo is really cute, comfortable and in a great location, but the exterior was under construction and we didn't find out until we arrived. I had seen reviews of other properties in this complex that mentioned the construction. So I specifically asked the host about it when I booked and she assured me we would not be affected. However, when we arrived, there WAS ongoing construction - we couldn't access the lanai (it was boarded over) and there was very loud drilling from 7am to 7pm. We could even hear the drilling from the beach. So we spent the first day of our trip trying to find a different place to stay which was challenging as it was Spring Break. I ended spending much more on a different place in Fort Myers Beach.

Construction was noisy

Everything was fine with this property other than the extremely loud construction along ther side of the buildong. Lanai was not usable and you really could not be in the unit when they were working. They started about 9 I think Mon, Tues and wed and finished in mid afternoon. I was not aware of the construction when I booked and was dismayed when it started Monday

Close to the beach

Had a great time! With the beach just across the street and a couple restaurants nearby, this property is ideal for a getaway. Everything was as advertised and plenty of chairs for the beach.

Beautiful condo, perfect location across from a beautiful beach. Having the wagon, cooler and beach chairs to use was a big plus!

Great Location

The property was vey clean and was conveniently located across the street from Bonita Beach. We were able to watch beautiful sunsets from the beach and enjoyed food and drinks at Doc's which is located on the beach. Definitely recommend this property.

many light bulbs are out and need replacement - we could not find extras to change them . Also fan in bathroom needs a cleaning as it is full of white dust bunnies- not to be picky- just letting you know

Great Location

Great location and central to everything Bonita Springs. Easy walk across the street to the beach. Easy communication with owner and very responsive. We had a great time!
