I base my stays on previous reviews, and this place didn’t disappoint. It was nicely renovated, spacious and the beds were comfortable. Will was great in communications. We really enjoyed the view of the bay and the convenience to the beach across the beach. It was also nice to have access to free beach chairs. I highly recommend booking here.

Unfortunately, the hot tub was unaccessable during our stay. We did enjoy some time by the pool although it was a little unclear if that was part of our stay so we had to resort to pictures to be sure we were at the right spot. Check in was super easy and the host was very clear with directions. Would absolutely stay here again!

The condo was completely remodeled and beautifully done. The location is absolutely stunning, sunrise in the morning and sunset just across the street. The beach is close, the pools are very nice and there is a trolley stop right out front. Definitely recommend!

Great stay. The host was very responsive. The place was very clean and close to everything. We could walk to restaurants and the beach, and the sun rose over the water in our backyard. Great for enjoying your coffee and watching the sunrise. I would definitely stay here again.

We love the location of this condo so much. We woke up with the sunrise from the master bedroom and enjoyed the Cortez beach just 3 minute walk away. We were also allowed to fish at the dock. We found many big clams in the mud as well. My kids already started talking about coming back!

Very clean, nice updated interior, great location. Nice big showers. Lovely catching sunset in the morning and walk 3 mins to watch sunset on the beach. Nice and quiet place. Would definitely recommend.

This place was perfect. It was extremely clean and sitting outside was so relaxing and beautiful. We had some trouble checking in, but the property manager said that my VRBO information was sent, but did not go through. The host and property manager immediately sent me all the information we needed, and there was not a problem after. Would definitely visit again. As my husband said, what wasn’t there to like about this place.

Fell in love with this house and the location! The bay view is amazing. The beach was a quick walk. The property was super clean. I think this will be our new go to. The host was helpful and answered questions.

Perfect location. Amazing Bayside views and a short walk from the beach. We were able to walk to bridge street as well. Perfectly clean and recently renovated. Would definitely stay again!

Very clean in a nice location. Great setup for adults to share with the 2 great bedrooms and bathrooms for each. Not a fan of the pillows as they are very large and high and I prefer flatter softer pillows, not a deterent but if I stayed again I would bring my own pillows.

Property was clean. Location was perfect, able to catch beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Beach chairs provided by HOA, but bring your own umbrella. Easy check-in and check-out. Perfect for our needs. No issues. Owner communication was clear and fast response time.
