Perfect 1-bedroom condo with AC in Bradenton Beach

I am looking to rent my condo on Anna Maria Island, Bradenton Beach - FL. This is a studio condo with a full kitchen. It has a king size bed, cozy chairs and a kitchen with one bathroom. There is basic cable, WIFI, and utilities are included in the rental price. NO pets and no smoking.

The condo is at Tortuga Inn which is a popular resort condo/hotel. It offers private beach access with beach chairs included within my HOA. Two pools onsite and cover parking as an option. The room is on the ground floor so no stairs to climb! A short walk to the pool and the beach.

Youtube Tortuga Inn- Anna Maria Island if you are not familiar with the resort for videos. Research trip advisor to see the high ratings and guest experiences. Questions about the room please contact me.

It's the perfect beach to bay resort on Florida's unspoiled Anna Maria Island. Plus a private white sand beach just across the street, two heated pools, a private pergola with amazing ocean views and water craft rentals. Manatees are known to habitat the bay area during certain times a year, dolphins and other wildlife are also regular visitors with the bay and ocean.

Within the condo; it's a 1 bedroom, has a kitchene, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender and a fridge. There is one bathroom with shower. The condo has basic cable, smart tv and free wifi.

We did an over-night stay (from St. Petersburg, FL) and we LOVED this property/unit. It was SO clean, cozy, great location, well equipped, decorated nice, and an overall GREAT experience. We will definitely be back and stay at this specific unit. HIGHLY recommend!

We enjoyed our weekend away at this lovely studio apt. It was very clean, quaint, cozy and had all amenities we needed and more! I really appreciated the extra towels, coffee pot with filters and coffee ready to make! We were thrilled to find a beach umbrella in the closet and free lounge chairs waiting on the beautiful beach just a few steps across the street! The beach was heavenly and the host was very kind and responsive. Treat yourself to a little slice of heaven in Anna Marie Island!

This place was amazing! Just big enough for my girlfriend and I, kitchen had everything you could need. Just a streets crossing away from the beach. My only complaint is it looks like check out is actually at 10 and not 11 but other than that, everything was wonderful and we had the best trip:)

This was a great rental! Very clean and convenient! Right across from the beach. Rental had an umbrella we could use and beach chairs/lounges were free! Pool was nice. AC worked great! Only issue is that we never received information on check in. We had to call the property owner to get specific details on how to access the rental.

Spent the day at the beach and the evening in the area for our 20th anniversary. The condo was a perfect spot with all the amenities including beach and chairs included. The pool was a great spot offer the beach as well. Definitely recommended. Host was great and communicated well.
