Located steps from Grandview Avenue’s breathtaking views, it’s the perfect retreat for families, friends, or groups. Enjoy spacious living, modern amenities, and a prime location to make lasting memories and experience Pittsburgh like never before.

From the moment you step inside, you’ll feel the unique personality of this beautifully restored home. Original architectural details, including restored hardwood floors throughout, combine with modern updates to create a warm, inviting atmosphere.

The Space

First Floor
• Dining Room: To the right of the welcoming foyer, you’ll find a dining room bathed in natural light, featuring a large table with seating for 8. The vintage hutch and gleaming hardwood floors add character, making this the perfect spot to share meals and memories.
• Banquette Area: Between the dining room and the kitchen is a charming built-in bench, ideal for enjoying a cup of coffee or chatting with the chef.
• Living Room & Kitchen:
• Living Room: Relax on the spacious couch (seating for 8), enjoy a 55-inch Smart TV, or spend time with family and friends playing games.
• Kitchen: Fully stocked and designed for entertaining, this chef’s kitchen includes a large island with seating for 2, a 5-burner stainless steel stove, and all the modern appliances you’ll need, including a microwave/air fryer, Keurig, hot water kettle, blender, toaster, and hand mixer. Whether you’re preparing a casual breakfast or a feast, you’ll have everything you need.
• Wet Bar & Butler’s Pantry: A hidden gem at the back of the house, featuring a wine cooler and extra storage, perfect for entertaining.
• Half Bath: Enjoy the modern touch of heated floors in this conveniently located bathroom.

Second Floor
• Master Suite:
• A luxurious retreat with a king bed, two nightstands, and three dressers (including original floor-to-ceiling built-ins with closets).
• Bench seating and a ceiling fan for added comfort.
• En-Suite Bathroom: Features heated floors, a double shower, double sinks, and a storage dresser. Please note: There is no door separating the bedroom from the bathroom, creating a spa-like, open-concept feel.
• A 55-inch Smart TV completes this relaxing space.
• Pink Room: A queen bedroom with a sit/stand desk, desk chair, a 6-drawer dresser, a luggage rack, and access to the Jack-and-Jill bathroom.
• Green Room: A queen bedroom with a spacious closet, nightstand, and luggage rack, also sharing the Jack-and-Jill bathroom.
• Laundry Room: Includes a full-sized washer and dryer, utility sink, and complimentary detergent and dryer sheets for your convenience.

Third Floor
• Orange Room: A king bedroom with a chest of drawers, luggage rack, and desk with chair, perfect for remote work or relaxation.
• The Loft: A versatile bonus space featuring:
• A queen bed, a twin couch/futon with a trundle twin, and two air mattresses.
• A cozy sitting area with a couch, two chairs, a coffee table, and a 47-inch Smart TV, ideal for movie nights or as a private retreat.
• Bookshelves stocked with reading material for quiet moments.
• Third-Floor Bathroom: A modern full bathroom with a glass shower.

• Guests have access to the entire home- there are no shared spaces.
• Free on street parking- parking is free and unrestricted. There is often several spots outside of the home (first come first served, not guaranteed)
• Restored hardwood floors and original woodwork highlight the home’s historic charm.
• Modern conveniences like Smart TVs, high-speed Wi-Fi, heated floors, and key-free keypads make your stay effortless.
• A fully stocked kitchen and use of the wet bar (guests stock their own wet bar supplies) ensure entertaining is simple and enjoyable.
• Managed by a highly rated professional property management team for quick and caring responses to questions and concerns, ensuring you and your guests are always well taken care of.

We can be reached easily for any questions or concerns. We respond promptly. We only come past the property during your stay if you have asked for something to be dropped off for you or if there is an emergency.

Our home and your guest experience are managed by Pittsburgh STR Management. Bethany, a highly experienced and highly rated host, will be your dedicated point of contact during your stay. She is committed to ensuring your visit exceeds expectations and will be delighted to make your stay everything you imagined—and more.

Linens are provided. They are fresh for every guest. You do not need to bring sheets for the beds or any towels for your stay. If you feel that you may need extra towels, please ask or bring them.

There is no door separating the master bedroom from the bathroom, creating a spa-like, open-concept feel. Please ensure you are ok with this set up when booking.

There are 2 sets of steps in the home. There is a half bath on the first floor, 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms on the second floor and 1 full bathroom, 1 bedroom and the Loft on the third floor. The washer and dryer are on the second floor.
Welcome to our home! It would be our pleasure to host you, and we want to ensure you have an amazing stay. Please take a moment to review our house rules:
No Parties or Large Gatherings: We value peace and respect for our neighbors. All guests must be accounted for on the reservation. Only confirmed guests are allowed unless agreed upon otherwise. Unauthorized gatherings, damage, or disturbance will result in fines and possible eviction, as per the booking platform’s policy.
No Pets: We maintain a pet-dander-free environment and kindly ask that you refrain from bringing pets. Fees will apply for unauthorized pets.
No Smoking: Smoking of any kind, including vaping, is strictly prohibited inside the home. A fine, plus costs for smoke odor removal, will be applied. Guests may smoke outside and are required to clean up after themselves. Additional fees will apply for any left-behind messes.
Communication: All correspondence should be kept within Airbnb’s messaging platform for the quickest response times and proper documentation. Our team monitors the Airbnb app 24/7, making it the best place to reach out—even for urgent matters. For true emergencies that require immediate in-person action, a phone number will be provided on the day of check-in. Please use this number for emergencies only.
No Illegal Activity: Our priority is the safety of all guests. Any illegal activity will result in immediate eviction without refund.
No Visitors Without Consent: All guests must be included in the reservation. Visitors not listed must be approved in advance. Unauthorized visitors that result in occupancy limit violations, excessive noise, or property misuse may lead to eviction, in line with Airbnb policy.
Check-in at 4 PM: You’ll receive check-in instructions from Airbnb on the day of arrival, granting access at 4 PM. Early check-in may be possible based on our cleaners’ schedule; please inquire the day before your check-in.
Checkout by 10 AM: Our cleaners will arrive promptly, and late checkout may incur a fee of $50 per hour. Late checkouts may be accommodated based on our cleaners’ schedule; please inquire the day before checkout.
Leave the Place as You Found It: Help us maintain our home by replacing all furniture to its original location and following checkout instructions. Excessive mess may result in additional cleaning fees.
Please note: The cleaning fee covers the professional preparation of the home for your arrival—it does not include cleaning up after your departure. We ask that you leave the space in reasonable condition out of respect for our team and future guests.
You Break It, You Buy It: Please report any damages immediately. Guests are responsible for the cost of repair or replacement for damages.
Quiet Hours: Respect quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM on weekdays and 11 PM to 9 AM on weekends. Disregard may lead to eviction.
Cameras: For security, exterior cameras are actively recording audio and video. There are no cameras inside the home or in any private guest areas.
Filming Permissions: Permission is required for filming on the property for uses beyond personal use.
Cancellations / Trip Alterations: Our cancellation policy will be upheld as stated at the time of booking. This applies to both cancellations and any trip alterations, including early departures. We strongly recommend trip insurance to protect against unexpected changes or disruptions to your travel plans.
We refund 100% of our host payout for eligible cancellations;
