15th Floor Stay

Janet ensured proper communications about checking in and out but we had a few issues with the keycard being out of date which hindered our ability to go in and out of the hotel as we pleased during certain hours to which Janet stated we would just have to do without the keycard for our stay. If you love a cold room this is not for you, it stayed quite warm during our stay despite turning on the AC. We also found it slightly inconvenient having to return the parking pass prior to checking out. Overall if location, safety, and comfortable beds are for you this stay will be a great fit, just a few things to note prior to booking your stay.

Wonderful

Great location! The room was well put together, pretty and clean! My son loved the lights around the bed! The host was very helpful and kept in contact just letting us know she was available if needed or had any questions.

Nice stay

We have stayed at Bayview before. The room was nice and clean. It isn’t a large room but if you’re only sleeping there it’s no problem.

Janet was a wonderful hostess! The unit was clean & organized. The property itself is great for both adults & children! Lazy river, outdoor pool, indoor pool… beautiful ocean view from the balcony! Janet was very communicative sending me all necessary information several days before. Easy access without having to see anyone to check in! Great experience, will stay again.

Would definitely stay here again!

This condo was immaculate in the cleanliness department. Couldn’t have been happier with that. It’s on the 15th floor with a direct ocean view, so those two aspects alone were worth every penny. The host left me with every necessary detail about the logistics of the stay, so there was nothing left to the imagination or to guess about. Beds were comfortable, condo was secure, vending machines were easily accessible. It was a great experience all around, and I would absolutely stay here again.
