With a separate living room and bedroom, there`s extra space for everyone to enjoy.  You can spend quality time together catching up and relaxing amongst all the sun and fun! There is a king bed in the bedroom and also a pull-down murphy bed in the living room, both with a flat screen TV to catch up on your favorite shows and sports teams.

Watch the waves roll in from your ocean front balcony and enjoy a cold cocktail and home cooked meal after a great day at the beach. *Outdoor pool is closed around November 1-April 1st, but the indoor pool is available

*Starter bag with one role of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, and dish-soap provided.

*Rentals one month or longer will require a monthly walkthrough by management staff.

BECAUSE THIS IS A RENTAL NOT BOOKED THROUGH COMPASS COVE, GUESTS DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO THE WATERSLIDES, THE FRONT DESK, OR ANY AMENITIES WHERE THE ONLY PAYMENT OPTION IS TO CHARGE IT TO YOUR ROOM. Disclaimer: availability time of resort amenities may vary and could be restricted at any time.

-Pool disclaimer: In the event of unscheduled maintenance or changing HOA procedures Carolina Palm Vacations does not guarantee pool use during a stay. We will do everything in our power to give notification in advance about any closure.

-Weather Policy: For any stays during the summer and fall, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Refunds and reschedules are only issued in the event of a mandatory city-wide evacuation, or if the property becomes uninhabitable due to prolonged power outage or flood.

-CPV does not guarantee specific internet speeds. If working remotely we bringing your own hot spot.

-For payments made directly to Carolina Palm Vacations: Names must match on reservation, payment method, and photo ID. If the name on your reservation is not the same as the card holder, reservations will be subject to cancelation.

-Photo IDs are required for all reservations across all platforms.

6. Refunds will not be given for stays canceled outside the free cancellation window.
