Welcome to The Appalachian, located in beautiful Downtown Blowing Rock!

This 2020-built condo features a private deck and hot tub and offers a modern mountain feel in a prime location steps away from downtown shopping and dining.

The Appalachian is a 3BR/3BA townhome with a first-floor Master and second-floor deck with a hot tub, built-in bar, and HDTV. The Appalachian also features speedy Wi-Fi on 2.4 or 5G channels, allowing you to work remotely/or home-school for the duration of your visit.

Main & Pine features a covered private parking garage. There is one assigned spot for this unit and one reserved spot for first-come/first-served parking outside the parking garage.

Our Smart Lock offers a seamless check-in/check-out process.

The Appalachian is on the back of the main property facing The Town Tavern (a great place to visit for a meal, a drink, or both), within walking distance of everything Main St in Blowing Rock has to offer, and a short ride away from a many dining, shopping, and outdoor activities!

Two dogs are welcome with your reservation, and additional pet fees apply.

We were amazed when we walked in! The pictures are spot-on. It was an excellent stay. Plenty of clothes storage. Kitchen was well stocked (bring your own coffee/filters are on hand). Split bedroom layout upstairs was particularly appreciated. Nicely appointed spaces and each bedroom had a bathroom. A great place to have breakfast before heading out for a busy day, and a great place to unwind in the evening. Highly recommend this rental!

everything was good. Ice maker was broke but they are going to fix it. BR at the top of the stairs was noodled sheets that need to be replaced. This is the 2nd time we stayed here.

Great location!

Beautiful townhouse located steps off Main Street Blowing Rock. Very quiet inside even with live music being played next door at the Tavern. It was so great to experience weather in the 60’s and 70’s during August. We will definitely recommend to all our friends and family.

Excellent location

Our family visited for a wedding & we had never stayed in Blowing Rock before. We were amazed by the perfect location! We were able to walk to the best restaurants, shops, & even the church for the ceremony. We plan to book again in the spring. The townhome was spacious & provided the amenities we needed. It was also beautifully decorated.

Wedding in Blowing Rock with friends

The condo townhome was perfect! Newer, clean and excellent location. We walked to most everything. There were 3 couples. We fit just right. Did not get to use the hot tub. Ran out of time. I would recommend this place. Lovely.

Property was well maintained and as pictured. I would highly suggest adding a handrail in the main level shower. My mother is elderly and was unable to shower without help due to that. Also, adding a few clothes hangers would be helpful.
