Outdoor space with fire pit, outdoor seating, grill. 1 Paddle board and 3 kayaks. This home has a dock.. Bring your own boat! 5 minute ride to the bay. Walking distance to community park with playground, pickleball court, tennis courts, basketball court and community garden, Pizza, ice cream, bagels and local convenience store. 5 minute drive to LBI beaches. 30 minute drive to Atlantic City.

We had a wonderful relaxing vacation, the house was perfect for our family of 6. Well stocked kitchen with all you would need. The downstairs outdoor area was perfect plenty of sun and shade. The huge spa was such a bonus. The layout of the upstairs is perfect to keep us all close together for meals The owners were quick to respond to any questions! The check in and check out was super easy. The neighborhood is quiet and just a quick drive you are at the beach! Rate a 10! Thank you!

Great spot in Beach Haven West

Our group was there for a competition in Manahawkin, and the location was great! It was very close to the venue as well as a short drive to the beach. There were a couple grocery stores near too. The main level of the house was great- kitchen appeared renovated and new! The basement (bottom) level was a great entertainment space. We loved the 12 person jacuzzi and the fire pit. The kids loved the kayaks too. The upper floor bedrooms were comfortable and cool with the wall units. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was the slight smell from the carpet. Communication with the owner was great- very responsive and quick to answer questions.

Girls Getaway

We had a great stay! The property is exactly as shown in pictures and described with the surprise of the basement level hang out area! Linda & Gary were great hosts and messaged us at the beginning of our stay. The location is wonderful and so easy to get anywhere you need! Thank you!

Beautiful Oasis

We met the owners by chance upon arrival. The most whole hearted couple, so warm and welcoming to their property that is in the perfect location. Showed us how to work a few things before they left. Upon entering the kitchen to this beautiful property was a note and a bottle of champagne. Extremely nice and thoughtful touch. Everything was immaculate, organized and extremely clean. Property was decorated so beautifully. Ground level yard was amazing, very welcoming and so relaxing. Hot tub was amazing. Was nice to sit in this beautiful welcoming clean yard to watch kids paddle boarding, fishing and kyacking. Morning views were amazing to sit off the kitchen deck off the beautiful dream kitchen drinking coffee, soaking up the rising sun :) Everyone had a wonderful time and enjoyed this property. Even though It was a short mini trip to this dream property home we are hoping to return this summer for a longer stay to enjoy much more of this beautiful Gem. This property was over and beyond expectations and rate it 10 out 10. Thank you Linda & Gary :)

Great house in a perfect loaction

We had such a great time. The location was perfect for us as we wanted a calm and relaxing environment. Being able to just grab a paddle board or one of the kayaks and go right off the dock was so much fun. The kids had a blast. Morning breakfast on the deck was so relaxing as boats were going by. It was just what we needed. Thanks for sharing your lovely home. .

Water front house

Overall nice house - great view of the “lagoon”canals running behind the homes where you can paddle board and canoe. Over all great setup and amazing downstairs cabana BbQ covered party area - we didn’t have time to use but looked awesome. Huge state of the art big spa that the kids loved - host was nice and accommodating The negative… Was turned off that there was not a single towel in the house for us to use - the owner made no mention of the fact that we were supposed to bring our own towels - we got in late and had to use dish towels to take a shower - the Owner felt very badly and offered to have us go to the store and get towels - but for what we paid I would have liked them to show up at the door step - we ended up buying our own towels and brought them home with us. Another negative is even though there are no pets allowed it seems the owner is bringing their pet there as we could smell it and there are pictures of it in the glass cabinet . We are dog owners and love our dog but when we search for a pet free home that should mean pet free not just no pets from guests . If the owner would advertise that guests bring their own towels and be upfront about that and also eliminate pets or be upfront that they allow theirs we could have made informed choices.

Girls weekend getaway!

What a BEAUTIFUL home nestled in the perfect location on the lagoon in Beach Haven West. The host, Linda, was super responsive to all my questions and was accommodating to an earlier check in! The house was spotless and ready for us to quickly make it home and have some fun. We enjoyed the backyard on the lagoon which included a huge swim spa, an entire redone (multi weather) basement that was stocked with drinks and a fun bar to spend the night at. 10/10 recommend!
