ガルフショアーズの中心部にあり、ショッピングや食事のひとときを過ごすザコーブビルディングAは、完璧で手頃な価格のビーチゲッタウェイです！ この低密度の複合体は、美しいラグーンに位置しています。 桟橋、バーベキューグリル、ピクニックエリア、サンデッキ付きの高架プール、ラグーンとビーチへは徒歩すぐです。 1階にある個人所有の禁煙コンドミニアムには、設備の整ったキッチン、プールとサンデッキの見える共用バルコニー、明るい配色、家のすべての快適さが備わっています。 プールのすぐ前にいるので、子供たちがプールで遊んでいる間、子供を監視することができます。 この1つのバスルームにはウォークインシャワーのみがあり、浴槽はありません。 1台の車の制限（屋根付き駐車場）。 毎月のレンタルは10月から4月1日まで利用できます。 （エレベーターなし）

Not what it says

Location was amazing. Great place for just 2 people. NO close beach access. They’re building a new complex and tore down the closest beach access. We had to drive to public beach which is annoying. There were no batteries in any remotes. Barely any hot water. Very little water pressure in shower. Was very clean and close to pier 33 (our favorite beach store) Probably won’t book here again.

Upon arrival, there were several areas that had not been cleaned, and was very obvious that the areas had not been cleaned for a long time. Some areas had just been wiped over. There was sand on the kitchen table, bedside tables and on the tile floors. The top of the refrigerator was nasty! The end tables in the sitting area had sand and crumbs on them. There were cans of paint and a bag of cement on top of the dryer. There were towels left in the washer. We drove all night to get there and couldn't check in until 4 p.m. just to find that it hadn't been properly cleaned. Definitely will not use again or recommend to anyone.

Good location and price but, dated and small

Overall, the property just needs updated and refreshed. The furniture is cloth and had some questionable stains that made me uncomfortable to sit on them. Our sheet has a pink stain on it and the kitchenware all add spots and some even had food stuck on it. I washed everything before I used it. The space is okay for two people, but if you have more, it's really tight. The distance to the beach though was great! There was public access right across the street.

Actually really enjoyed the unit. Details about what the unit has was very helpful.

The initial reserves on unit gave us the impression there was wifi/internet but upon arrival we found out there wasn't which was disappointing. Everything was well taken care of, clean and basic supplies. THANK YOU for helping us make this Better Late Than Never Honeymoon (over 19 years) well worth the trip:)
