Conveniently close to town and only a few blocks away from the river. Loved having the bedrooms upstairs away from the main living. Carport, laundry, grill, well supplied kitchen with items that are hard to travel with or inconvenient to buy.

Great location and very clean. Having a private parking spot was great as well. Very close to ASU and downtown Tempe, only a few minutes. it was a little cold for the pool so we didn't use that, but it looked nice. Kitchen had everything we needed and we were able to cook most of our meals there. Very pleased and would definitely stay again.

Very convenient when visiting ASU. It was clean and perfect size for the 3 of us. Only drawback was the WiFi was very spotty.

Everything as expected. Any concerns or problems were directly communiacted with host with fast responses and problems adddressed. As some have mentioned you do hear the planes but I am an extremely light sleeper and worked during the day at the condo and did not have issue. You hear them but its not obnoxious and I never even turned on music/tv/noise machine/etc. I also felt safe in location and enjoyed being close ASU to visit my big kiddo. Pool looked nice but was closed due time of year per HOA (stated in listing so we werent disappointed). Made friends with the neighbor's cat. We were only there for 3 days but great visit/stay. Thermostat cant go below 72 - highs were 85ish lows in the 60s. Condo stayed very comfortable both during the day and at night and we are Wisconsin people that dont like to be warm. Beds are very comfortable and couch is quality to sit in and visit. You wont be suprised. Pictures do the condo justice. I didnt pay attention thats its a 2 story so if you have someone who struggles with stairs, wouldnt be optimal as bedrooms/shower is upstairs, although the couch downstairs is a pullout. Wifi was great/fast which was important to me bc I needed to work. Nice little desk and chair to do that too.

Most reviews failed to mention there is loud, low-over head jets every 3-6 minutes happening over head from 6am-10pm. if you are traveling with children - FAIR WARNING! We were also shocked at the strong smell of smoke and chemicals inside this house, so much so that walking through the front door was difficult. No matter how hard we tried to air out the place the smoke and VOCs were strong enough to keep us out of this listing as much as we could until our stay was over. Sharing for family traveling since we were really disappointed that not many reviews warned us of either major issues.

In Tempe and super close to Mill Ave. The host was responsive when messages/calls were needed. Very clean. Could see the pool from the room but it literally rained the entire time. Maybe next time. Thanks for the stay.

The condo was very nice! Clean, spacious, with attractive decor. The pool is right out front, and the neighborhood was wonderful. A park was in walking distance, so my son and I had tons of fun in the area.

Cute and Personal

Stayed here for the weekend for an event nearby. Contacting the host was easy and responded quickly. The beds was so comfortable and the bathroom was accessible from either room. My favorite part is the dining room and kitchen where it made the environment personable. My friends and I haven’t been together in years and just being around the dinner table made us feel close. Access to the pool was great, literally just outside the patio. Will definitely stay again.

Excellent location, plenty of space

We enjoyed walking to Tempe town Lake each morning, easy to get back and forth to ASU (but not walking distance, IMHO), lots of indoor space for our family.Had one issue with starting the a/c upon arrival, but we had a quick response to solve the issue.Be sure to bring kcups for coffee & a tissue box(seemed odd that a well stocked home didn’t have either) And lock your car, ours was rummaged through but luckily we didn’t have anything in it.

Overall enjoyed our stay

The home was in the perfect location for our needs. Just a short walk to many different places. Communication with Nathan was also good reached out with a problem and he was quick to respond and help to resolve it.

Great Convenient Stay in Tempe

The property was just as it is listed in the photos. Beds were comfortable and the place was generally clean. We only wish we were able to use the pool but it's closed for the season!

Convenient location & spacious rooms

We enjoyed our one-week stay at this convenient location. The two upstairs bedrooms fit our family well, as well as the open family / dining / kitchen area downstairs. Check-in and check-out were simple with a door key code, and our host was responsive. Everything as advertised.

Place to land

Located on the ground floor. Parking right outside unit. Neighborhood wasn’t the cleanest, lots of pot smoking and homeless within a few blocks. Wouldn’t suggest walking in the neighborhood after early evening. The unit was clean. Furniture was tired and drapery dark.Slept in one of the two rooms and mattress sagged on one side. A plugin air freshener left a very strong perfume scent in the unit even after it was unplugged.

As advertised

The unit was everything I expected. The location to 202 is excellent. You can be anywhere quickly. I will warn; I had never seen a Google thermostat before. I was a bit confused by it, but I made a quick phone call and was off and running.

Everything was as advertised. Comfortable and a great place to stay for the week. Walk to Hayden Butte, Tempe town lake, Mill ave and activities there, as well as my favorite Cornish pasty restaurant. Easy drive to the Zoo and Scottsdale.

I am a Phoenix native and still live in the area. I went to ASU which is just down the street from the property. I am married and a dad to two crazy boys. I love to travel and we always try and stay in other VRBO's whenever possible. I feel it gives you much more liberty and privacy while traveling and is also very unique compared to staying in just any old hotel. I've added some nice touches here that I like to find while staying in other VRBO properties. I think that it should feel like home when you stay at our property. Enjoy!
