Cant get in

The instructions on getting in were not very clear. The door of the street didn't work right. Lucky for us someone who lived in the building let us in and onto the elevator. But then we couldn't leave Neenah

Sleepless in Dallas

First off, communication is awful. The only time there was a response through the app was after sending multiple messages, waiting forever and calling and leaving a message on their voicemail. They never answered their phone and wouldn't call back. Check in information was provided through a Google doc that never opened and they finally had to just send screenshots to us. Took until late in the evening to get everything straightened out. Parking is NOT included. You will have to pay extra for the garage across the street or feed the meter every 2 hours during your stay (which is a suggestion by the host). We had asked about the parking situation initially upon booking and never received an answer. The place itself is really nice, but is NOT the same place as the photos used for the posting. Be prepared, it is noisy. It's located above several restaurants and bars, and there is lots of loud, obnoxious, street noise all night long. If that's your scene, you'll love it - but "a relaxing, comfortable night's sleep" is not what we received. The thermostat needed batteries, which we informed the host about, and were told a maintenance person would be notified immediately, guess who never showed up? If we had the budget, we would've just went somewhere else and spent the extra money.
