Chic 1-bedroom Luxe apartment with AC, fitness room in fabulous Downtown Dallas

Located in the heart of Deep Ellum , this lux home is the place to be. We are centrally located near Baylor Medical Center and Deep Ellum Area of Dallas. Enjoy bars, popular restaurants and attractions within walking distance. We offer full use of apartment amenities as well. Our unit is equipped with WiFi & 2 tvs. Full view of the pool and gym. CHECKIN deadline 8pm. Late check-ins must be approved by the host. If no checkin on the day of reservation, reservation will be cancelled. This studio sized unit comfortably sleeps 2-3 people with an air mattress (twin size air mattress provided). Please read the house rules and let me know if you have any questions. Guests MUST be 25 & up!
1. No smoking or vaping.
2. No Events or parties.
3. No unregistered guests allowed.
4. No lounging/eating in the common living room area.
5. No loud noise.
6. No Pets allowed.
7. Quiet hours 12am-8am.
8. Checkout time is 11am.
Violation of these rules will incur additional charges up to $500.00.

The apt was nice. Good location to Baylor Scott & white med ctr. Instructions for entering the property were poor. Only bc property owner would not respond to phone call.

The apartment looked just like the photos, very clean and tidy. We loved the location!We had a difficult time getting in the property. We had to had to have another guest of the property get us in the doors. Once we got to the floor it was easy to get the key and fab, unfortunately the fab didn’t work. So we had to try and contact the owner. The space was very nice, could use some new pillows for the bed, but was ok.We didn’t use the parking or pool at this property.Very clean.

Getting into the garage worked well, the elevator not so much, luckily someone held it for us, but we were at the mercy of having someone else there. The room initially appeared clean, but there were rags left on the bathroom counter from either the cleaner or property owner/manager, we had no clean towels for showering, they were all bunched up on the side of the tub/shower. All of this left us wondering if the sheets were even clean or if the bed was simply made before our arrival. Aside from that everything was fine, but I couldn't recommend this in good conscience.

We enjoyed our stay very much, the apartment was clean and very comfortable for my daughter and I. We did have a little difficulty with where visitors parking was and the key fob use, after becoming familiar with both our weekend was fabulous and very pleased with accommodation and host.

We didn't realize that the key fob was what we needed for entry. Owner was available for us and was very nice. Location was cute and clean.

The property was perfect for a weekend stay to attend a convention. The host was very helpful, communicative, and proactive about guest needs. I do advise having a sleeping mask though, as there is some light pollution from the busier neighborhood, but overall noise levels during the evening were fine throughout my stay.

Had a great stay here! The host was very responsive to any questions we had and it was very conveniently located for us. Despite being in an area with a lot of nightlight, the apartment was very quiet!

We were unable to safely and reliably access the property.We requested early check-in and received confirmation from the host that this would be accommodated. Upon arrival at the apartment complex, we followed the provided entry instructions. However, each time the host attempted to buzz us in, the door would not unlock. After this, the host became unresponsive to my messages regarding the issue.Ultimately, we were forced to enter the building by following other residents through the garage. We encountered the same issue with the elevator. We were eventually able to access the unit.After settling in, we tested the key fob again before leaving and confirmed that it did not work on any exterior doors or the elevator. This meant we had no reliable or independent way to enter or exit the building.We spoke with the host by phone. She stated that she had been told all key fobs were deactivated, which was clearly not accurate as we observed other residents using theirs successfully. She suggested that she could manually buzz us in each time we needed access. This solution was not acceptable, especially given the earlier failed attempts and her lack of responsiveness.Due to the inability to securely and independently access the building, we informed the host that we would be booking alternative accommodations and would be requesting a refund.This situation created a significant inconvenience and safety concern. We believe the property was not as advertised.
