🔑 Important Guest Info
Rental Contract: A signed rental agreement is required within 48 hours of booking confirmation.
Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit is authorized prior to arrival.
Quiet Hours: The property is located in a peaceful residential area; guests are asked to respect local quiet hours starting from 10 pm.
Shared Property: Please note that the owners live on-site in the primary residence, and there is another separate rental unit on the property.
Pets: We welcome up to 2 pets! A $100 non-refundable pet fee applies per pet. Guests must review and agree to our pet policy before booking.
Property Note: This is a rural, working farm property.
• You may hear roosters or other barnyard sounds during the day
• Occasional (infrequent) noise may carry from a nearby private gun range
• The home runs on well water, so in rare cases of power outage, water may be temporarily unavailable
• These are natural and rare occurrences that come with the rural charm. Refunds will not be issued for things outside our control
Cancellation Fee: We understand that plans can change. TVR is committed to offering a flexible cancellation policy whenever possible; however, all cancellations will incur a $75 cancellation processing fee. We strongly encourage guests to purchase travel insurance to help protect their vacation investment in the event of unexpected changes.
