Perfect spot for a couple, great location just a short walk to Commercial Street. Rich was a wonderful host and kindly accommodated an early check-in and late check-out. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Stay

Rich’s place was fantastic! It was clean, comfortable and in a great location. Rich was very accommodating and checked in on us throughout our stay. We look forward to staying here again.

rich was incredibly communicative and helpful. the apartment was the perfect place to chill and rest in between exploring p town. the apartment is within a very short walking distance to commercial st & lovely to walk around in general. would absolutely stay here again

Fabulous Stay

Richard was extremely professional and organized. Room was very clean and neat. It had all of the amenities that anyone could ever need. Location of house is on a very quaint and quiet street located in the heart of P-town.We would definitely stay there again.

Perfect getaway

Rich is a wonderful host and the place was perfect. Steps away from Commercial Street and a short walk to the Ferry. This is place and a host I higly recommend. Couldn't be more pleased.

Ideal place to spend a few days

Pictures don’t do it justice. It’s bigger and cuter in real life. Very comfortable for two people. Has everything you need. In a great location that’s quiet but close enough to all the action.

Wonderful Stay

An anazing property for two that was very well thought out with an incredible use of space.We especially enjoyed having dinners outside under the bistro lights and having use of a grill. The unit was spotless. Having access to a washer and dryer was an added plus. We will definitely be returning.

Perfect!

The entire place was perfect! My husband and I spent a week here and absolutely loved it! A block and a half off Commercial Street and walkable to just about everything. Rich has the place stocked with just about anything you might need. He's quick to communicate and check in with you too. If Provincetown is your destination, don't hesitate to book one of Rich's units. You won't be sorry.

Provincetown stay

We had a wonderful time staying in Provincetown. Rich was great to work with. The Condo was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. The location was perfect. It was just a short walk to the center of Provincetown. Having a parking spot was wonderful. Would definitely stay again.

Cozy immaculate property

Rich’s place is cute & comfortable with lots of light. Loved waking up to the sun pouring in the bedroom window (fyi: there are blinds & curtains for those who need a darkened room)! Large well-designed bathroom. Very clean unit. Washer-dryer access was a plus. Would def stay here again!

Perfect Provincetown rental

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this property. My husband and I just returned from a 5 day stay and would not hesitate to book here again. The property was an easy walk to Commercial street, but the property itself was located on a quiet street overlooking a peaceful back yard. The unit was perfect for 2 people and stocked with everything one may need during their stay. Rich was attentive and communicative during our time there. If you book this unit you will not be disappointed!

I had a lovely stay at Monument View. Rich was incredibly communicative.The location was perfect for walking into the heart of P-town. The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing with ample outdoor space. The condo was well-stocked and just the right size.

A wonderful stay!

Our trip to P’Town this year was our cancelled trip from 2020 due to covid shutdown. It was worth waiting for as we absolutely loved our time in Provincetown and Rich’s condo. It was minutes from town and restaurants, and the condo had all we needed. It was also quiet so we slept well. Rich was very communicative and very available. The bonus for us was having to ability to use the shared washer/dryer. All in all, I can’t say enough about our stay. We highly recommend this unit and Provincetown was a gem of a town! Thank you Rich!

Comfortable stay at the heart of P-town

We loved our stay here. It has everything you need for an extended stay and the location is perfect. Walking distance to everything. Rich was great, very communicative and responsive. We will definitely be coming back!

Great Space and Location

All the comforts needed for a great stay. The unit was very clean and exactly as described in the pictures. It was centrally located to all of the Ptown fun. Rich was a great host. He was very communicative , responsive and proactively checked in with me.

What a perfect stay - parking on-site and close to everything. We had a wonderful time and really enjoyed the amenities at Rich’s place. He was responsive and proactively checked in with us. Would stay again!
