Very much enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. Exactly as described, clean, comfortable and perfectly situated for an easy walk into PTown. Excellent communication from Ralph before and during our stay. Would definitely recommend to others and hope to stay again in the future.

I can’t imagine a more convenient location! A quick walk to everything in town. This is a lovely and spacious accommodation. It’s in a quiet neighborhood with other high end homes. I highly recommend this rental. For future renters, please take care of this place as we hope to return soon!

The property was in a fantastic location and very well maintained. Close to everything you need but in a nice quiet neighborhood. The outdoor space was a really nice bonus too. Four of us were very comfortable staying splitting the bedrooms and the pull out couch.

Convenient and spacious

Great Place!

We (two couples) had a fantastic weekend in Provincetown staying at this property. It is a short walk to everything, the place was spotless and very comfortable, and we really enjoyed the covered porch. Ralph was incredibly helpful and responsive answering my questions before we arrived. We would definitely stay here again and certainly recommend it to others.

Great Location and Very Comfortable

The condo is very updated and well appointed. We were two couples, so it was great to have our own bedrooms and bathrooms en suite. The outdoor spaces on the front porch and patio were wonderful and the location is very convenient and walkable. The only downside for us was one of the owners lives in the unit upstairs and had quite a few guests during the week. A family of five with three teenagers and a dog for the first couple of days, then about four or five adult friends with two dogs for the remainder. We definitely could hear noise above us as they moved about as well as dogs barking occasionally. However, it wasn’t awful and they did adhere to the quiet times for the most part From 11 PM to 8 AM. Ralph was great to work with and is very responsive. Overall, we had a fantastic week!

Great getaway

We had a blast and the location was great, a bit of a walk from the ferry but we had a lot of fun. The condo was well stocked and very comfortable, newly updated, and clean.

Delightful weekend

We had a wonderful weekend. Because of the rain and cold temps we spent much of the time indoors in our very comfortable and pleasant condo. The place was super clean, the kitchen was well equipped. We will return.

Halloween Weekend

Friends and I stayed at this lovely condo this weekend for Halloween. The place is so clean and nice, and it is in such a great location, only minutes from Commercial St. Host was very good about communication. Will definitely be returning next year!

Girls weekend success!

As a group of 6, it was tricky to find a place that was affordable, spacious, and walkable to Commercial Street - this had it all! Additionally, the space was well decorated and the kitchen well equipped. You can tell Ralph cares about this place, and enjoys hosting others. I wouldn't hesitate to book again!

Beautiful condo

The condo was just right for our family (2 dads, 2 8-year-old boys). It’s very clean and modern, everything works well, an easy walk to town, and a nice little yard.

Perfect location!

We stayed here for bear week with some friends. It was perfect location to go out at night, to the beach, or biking to the provincelands! Awesome time.

Great comfortable spot

Ralph was a wonderful host and very responsive. The bedrooms and en suite bathrooms were perfect for two adult couples. Great private outdoor space with lovely landscaping and nicely appointed kitchen. Quick walk down to the West End and all that Commercial St has to offer.
