New detached 700'ft 1 bedroom cottage with central heat and air, yard, wash/dryer and more! I have been a super host for 5 years and am proud to manage a 4.97 rating after 5 years. You can get lost in beautiful Bidwell Park just a hop, skip and a jump away. Be on Hwy 99 in two minutes or downtown in 6 minutes through the park on the 2 bikes provided. It offers a quiet setting surrounded by large trees, yet is in central Chico just minutes to everything. Come enjoy!

Perfection

This was the cleanest, most well appointed little Vrbo we've ever stayed in. Close proximity to Bidwell Park was a huge plus. Thank you for hosting us.

Sweet spot!!

Really beautiful spot, felt private while being close to downtown and the park. Super clean and well decorated. Loved the little private backyard too. Host was very accommodating and kind. Would recommend to anyone looking for a cozy spot.

Warm & clean with thoughtful accommodations

Paul and Britt were thoughtful & generous hosts who provided a private space that was clean & cozy. There is a private yard off the bedroom, a well stocked kitchen and bathroom and unexpected, thoughtful amenities. Clearly hosts gave extra thought to the comfort of their guests. I highly recommend and will be booking here again on my next visit.

Great Location and Condition

Accurate pictures. Hands on manager. Very responsive. We picked this for our son and daughter in law for the Holidays. They said it was the best we have picked for them in the 5 years we have been doing it for them. In the middle of town and close to everything but located in a quiet neighborhood. Would pick this one again.

The area is quiet and full of large trees as your detached private and spacious cottage is tucked back off the street. You have two access points with just a 2 minute walk to enter Bidwell Park and with its central location, you can be downtown in 6 minutes on one of our 2 cruisers that are onsite. The cottage was furnished in April 2024 and is 700 sq ft. It has all the comforts like central heat and air, private fenced yard, washer and dryer, 65” tv, and stocked with all your kitchen and bath necessities. Even a spice rack.
