Savor a stylish space with a view of Chico's wonderful Bidwell Park. Large windows and artistic design choices make this home a gem, and when you want to be in the park, simply walk across the street! You can enjoy the beautiful creek, lush greenery, walking paths, and shaded picnic areas.
The main living space is open concept with gorgeous wood parquet floors and hex tile. Enjoy a private backyard too!
Want to explore more of Chico? Our iconic downtown is just a short drive away and you'll get to discover all the charm that makes it such a special town.
Two bedrooms inside, and one detached in the backyard with a twin bed. The king bedroom also has space for a queen air mattress (sheets provided) if you want to make that into an extra sleeping option.
This home is situated on a property that also offers a larger VRBO home. You may see guests of the other home in passing, but each home has its own parking and no shared walls. Please let us know if you want to reserve both homes!

Chico residents simply call Bidwell Park, "the park" because of how large, central, and simply wonderful it is to our community. This house gives you the freedom to walk across the street and be in the park easy as can be. We like to get our feet wet in the creek, go for a run on a luscious green path, or find a tucked away picnic spot. Upper Bidwell Park also has an abundance of varied hiking trails to explore.

Parquet + Hex is one of two homes on this property. The larger one is called Parkside Place. You can book both if you have a large group. We've been premier hosts for two years hosting in that space, and we are excited to expand and make both homes available.
