Downtown Chico, Chico State, and Sierra Nevada Brewery are minutes away, or enjoy gorgeous Bidwell Park, with plenty of bike trails, walking paths, and swimming holes. Easily accommodates multiple families wanting to explore outdoorsy Chico and stay in spacious comfort.

Hi! I'm Bri. My husband and I love to travel and have stayed in Airbnb and VRBO rentals for years. When we purchased this home we couldn't help but realize it was the sort of home we would want to vacation to ourselves, and since I love hosting anyways, we decided to make this home available to others in hopes of bringing you as much joy in your travels as we have experienced staying in places similar to this.
We live in a separate house on the back of the property, so you will have complete privacy during your stay, but if you need anything we can be there in just a few minutes.
I have lived in Chico all my life and am a local artist, so if there is anything you might want to know about Chico during your stay just let me know and I'm sure I can give you the local run down. We hope you book with us and when you do we're sure you will enjoy your stay!

In addition to being right on Bidewell Park, everything in Chico is within about a 10-minute drive of this residence including Chico State, Downtown, Silver Dollar Fair Grounds, Enloe Medical Center, Sierra Nevada Brewery, and much more! You will enjoy the beautiful home's soaring ceilings, modern amenities, multiple ACs for those hot summer months, and multiple gas fireplaces for when you want to cozy up in the winter.
