This designated area can accommodate up to two vehicles, ensuring ample space for your convenience. For additional vehicles, street parking is available directly in front of the house.

- **Access Instructions:** To access the lower unit, please use the entrance located on the right side of the garage door at the rear of the house. This entry point provides direct and convenient access to your accommodations.

No unregistered guests between 10:00 p.m. – 5:00 a.m.

Noise curfew: must not be audible after 10:00 p.m.
Check-in: after 4:00 p.m. / Check-out: by 10:00 a.m.
No pets allowed
Do not flush wipes, tampons, or non-toilet paper items
Trash & Maintenance
Trash day: Tuesday
Heavy trash pickup: 3rd Tuesday of the month
Seasonal pests (insects, rodents, lizards) may appear; this does not justify refunds
Report any issues immediately to the Manager
