The Space:

As you step inside, you’re greeted with an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen space, beautifully tied together with wallpapered accent walls, trendy art, and a serene, zen-inspired atmosphere. The living room features a cozy sofa, two accent chairs, extra lighting, and a smart TV — perfect for unwinding after a day in the city — while the dining table for four and bar seating for three create an inviting space to gather.



The fully stocked kitchen includes all the essentials for your stay, plus elevated touches like organic coffee and a curated welcome basket with organic popcorn and granola to get you started. Just off the kitchen, you’ll find the first bedroom featuring a full bed, nightstands, and a sound machine/alarm clock for restful sleep. The nearby full bathroom is a design moment of its own, complete with a vanity, walk-in shower, and fully wallpapered walls that add a boutique feel.



Upstairs, convenience meets comfort. A washer and dryer are available for your use, and we provide laundry detergent and dryer sheets to begin your stay. The front upstairs bedroom features a queen bed, desk space for remote work or catching up on emails, full-length mirror, nightstands, and a sound machine/alarm clock. Its private ensuite bathroom offers a double vanity, a lighted mirror, and a spacious walk-in shower.

The third bedroom, located at the back of the upstairs level, is another peaceful retreat with a queen bed, two nightstands, sound machine/alarm clock full-length mirror, closet space, and its own ensuite bathroom featuring a double vanity, lighted mirror, and full-size walk-in shower — giving every guest their own private sanctuary.



Downstairs, you’ll find access to the detached garage via the back door, connected by a sidewalk for easy entry. Both the front and back doors feature keyless entry, ensuring a seamless, secure, and stress-free arrival.

As our esteemed guests, you get exclusive access to this unit, except for one locked storage closet. You will also have access to a detached garage with space for one car to park. To ensure a seamless check-in process, we employ a smart lock system which allows you self check-in at your comfort.

All of your information is securely handled and deleted upon checkout. You will have the option to pay a refundable security deposit or non refundable waiver.



This property is equipped with exterior security cameras located at the main entrance and back entrance.These are motion activated and can be remotely monitored to ensure a secure and comfortable stay. Additionally, we have a Minut sensor inside the home in the main living area that tracks sound levels and smoke detection but does not record audio. Tampering with cameras or sensor will result in additional fees.
