We’ve been married for over 30 years and both grew up in southern Oklahoma, so this area will always feel like home to us. We now live in north Texas, where we help our daughter, Megan, raise Santa Gertrudis cattle on our family ranches in Oklahoma and Texas.
Creating 282 Timbuktu Cabin was a dream of ours. We wanted to share the peaceful beauty of Hochatown and create a place where couples can relax, reconnect, and enjoy the simple things in life.
When you stay here, you’re not just booking a cabin — you’re being welcomed into a space filled with love, care, and the comfort of home. We hope you enjoy your stay as much as we’ve enjoyed creating this special place for you.
