Beach towels, chairs, and a cooler are provided. Only a short drive to the beautiful beaches, shopping, and wonderful restaurants. Spend your day on the Lewes/Rehoboth bicycle trail, golfing, or relaxing at local spa’s - return home and relax in this coastal abode!

Amazing property

When we walked in we were so happy to see how beautiful and clean this house is. The location is perfect to all that Lewes and Rehoboth has to offer. The location in a quiet new development made it even better. We would recommend this property to anyone, especially families!

Perfect in every way

Great location, our son had a baseball tournament at Sports at the Beach. Your home was an easy drive back and forth. Quiet neighbrohood, loved the outdoor space to relax and have dinner. We will definitely return if

Great property in a Beautiful new neighborhood!

My friends and I go to Rehoboth every year and we always like to find a local rental that is large, and relatively close to the beach. We were beyond pleased with this property, and the kindness of Ann Marie the host. The entire vacation was wonderful this year. We had a small issue with a system glitch that caused a double booking, but the host was on it immediately and ill all worked out well in the end. Thank you again Ann Marie! Looking forward to renting from you in the future.

Home away from home

We took a quick trip to the beach this weekend in DE. This home was very beautiful, clean, quiet neighborhood within new development and close to all activities. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again! The only thing that was confusing is that the curtain in the main area didn’t appear to close and were possibly for decoration. It was a privacy concern however the back of the home faces trees and since we were only staying 2 days, we just didn’t let it bother us too much. However, this is definitely a place to book for your stay to Rehoboth, DE if you want quiet and relaxation!

Bachelorette weekend

This was a 2 night stay for my best friends bachelorette party. This home is AMAZING! As we walked in the front door the bride and myself shedded tears because the layout & Halloween decorations were spectacular!! (Halloween is her favorite!!) There was more than enough room for 5 of us ladies. The king bed was soooo comfortable! And the wicker chairs in the living room were also comfortable! We made brunch one day and ate around the table on the patio. If it had been cooler outside we would have definitely used the fireplace outside! The Neighborhood was quiet. This home has a line of trees behind it which gives you privacy and is not near the noisy road. We spent some time in Rehoboth and Dewey Beach. It’s 10 miles from the beach! About a 20 minute drive on a busy afternoon with the traffic lights. Easy check in/check out and the host responded promptly. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect getaway! We will be talking about this trip for a very long time!
