This lovely, light-filled two-story unit with a 2nd floor entrance has two bedrooms and two baths. The calm, beachy colors throughout the unit create a serene feeling that is perfect for a relaxing vacation. The comfortable living room has a flat screen TV. The dining table seats four with additional seating at the bar facing the kitchen. The bright kitchen is fully equipped. The master bedroom has a king bed and a TV while the guest bedroom has a queen bed. The views from the balcony are expansive. So come and relax on the 2nd and 3rd floor balconies with your morning coffee or evening cocktail and soak up the lush view starting with the grounds and pool, and extending to the ocean. Just bring your beach towels and a hair dryer, the rest is all here for you to enjoy!

Great location on the beach!

We stayed at this property for 5 nights over spring break. We loved the location, pools, and short walk to the beach! We would definitely stay here again if in the St Augustine area!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our second stay in this unit. The master closet is great for staying organized while visiting. Kitchen appliances were really nice and plenty of kitchen equipment too. We would have appreciated a third chair at the outdoor table to eat together.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Resort Rentals is easy to work with, helpful and professional. This was our second vacation at this property and we love the complex and the area. Our only concern was the cleanliness of the kitchen this time (our second stay at the property). To be fair the overall cleanliness and neatness of the property was as expected. Unfortunately, the dishes, silverware, and pots and pans were put away after being poorly washed, by a prior renter, which required all of the kitchenware to be thoroughly scrubbed prior to using it. Probably, more of an annoyance than a major problem. We love Resort Rentals and will not hesitate to rent with them again or to recommend the company to anyone.
