Alternatively, guests are able to relax on the back patio, sip on a refreshing beverage, prepare a delectable meal, or unwind in our comfortable and updated beds.

Whether you seek a rejuvenating weekend getaway, a summer or winter vacation, or simply a respite from your daily life, our property is meticulously crafted to restore and revitalize your spirit.

Summer: Outside is a stunning private beach where you can enjoy the fresh air and sun, swim, picnic, watch fireworks over the water. For water lovers and boaters, the Ski Run Marina (0.3 miles away) and the El Dorado Beach (0.7 miles away) offer the perfect backdrop to make amazing memories. There are two buoys - first come, first serve. You can pull up to dock anytime. Boats and jet skis you can rent by the hour (two hour minimum) just steps away near Riva Grill.

Winter: Everyone from beginners to expert skiers and boarders should take advantage of the Heavenly Ski Resort Lake Tahoe (2 minutes/1.2 miles away) or Diamond Peak or Alpine Meadows across the lake!

All seasons: casinos are easily within driving distance at 3 miles away.

Amenities: Please be advised that as of May until mid-June 2025 the Lakeland Village HOA has experienced permitting delays, and the pools and hot tub located in the Lakeshore facility are closed. There is an outdoor heated pool available for guest use located within the Lodge pool facility (near check-in). Pool temperatures will increase to 84 degrees until the hot tubs are reopened.

We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience and recognize the impact this has on the guest experience; however, please understand that the delays are out of our control.

Please note that the pool, hot tub, and gym amenities are subject to availability by the Lakeland Village HOA.

PARKING:
Yes (two spots per townhouse).
Parking features: Ground level and underground (garage) parking available; unassigned parking.
No street parking.
*Parking passes are required for overnight stays.* Guests are required to go to the office upon arrival and get 1-2 parking passes and display them within their vehicle at all times. Overnight vehicles without passes may be subject to towing. Guests are also required to return them to the front office upon departure. ** Leaving them in the unit is not returning them. A $50 fine will be added to your reservation for unreturned passes.
Guests will receive a reminder before arrival and prior to checkout of this policy.
The office is open until 11 pm to get parking passes for the two primary vehicles.

In summer: Guests are required to have beach bracelets. These are supplied at the front desk.

SAFETY:
Private, custom, and secure door entry code with every stay.
Exterior Ring monitoring. We do not permit any video security devices inside the home.

POLICIES AND WARNINGS:
By booking, you agree to the house rules, health& safety and cancellation policies.
Price does not include site booking fees.
CHECK-IN TIME: 4:00 PM; CHECK-OUT TIME: 10:00 AM. Check in and check out times are firm.
The bench in the entryway is provided to remove shoes or jackets that can get affected by the outside elements, such as sand, rain, or snow. This is meant to be an additional safety measure and prevent accidents due to slippery floors and dirt.
GUEST ENTRY DETAILS: a unique code will be provided and each code will be reset after each guests’ stay.
SECURITY CAMERA DETAILS: Surveillance cameras may be used in the common areas by Lakeland Village, not by the homeowner.

All communication is accomplished via app messages. Check-in/checkout instructions, door access codes, reminders, and questions are relayed and answered via messages.

NOT PROVIDED AND/OR PERMITTED:
No smoking - Lakeland Village is a smoke free resort.
No pets.
Not provided: food, toiletries.

PLEASE NOTE:
Streaming services w/ guests’ own account.
Saying that it sleeps up to 8 people does not mean there are 8 bedrooms or beds.
No extra cribs or beds are available - only what is in the unit is provided.
All properties are owner decorated and decor is not to be removed from the property.
Access to the “Additional Amenities” are subject to the current situation and government restrictions.
This home is owner operated; the HOA dictates the availability of the community amenities (pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, fitness center, etc.). The private beach is always open.
PARTIAL VIEW - Complex is lakefront, the unit has a PARTIAL lake view: Though this unit has a partial lake view, it is considered lakefront. It is located on and is steps away from the private beach.

WILDLIFE WARNING: Guests may encounter various animals and/or critters in Tahoe, such as bears, mice, raccoons, spiders, etc. With snow and moisture on the ground, you may experience animals near or in the home.
QUIET TIME: The county quiet time for all rentals is 10:00 PM - 9:00 AM
POWER OUTAGES: no generators provided
WINTER TRAVEL WARNING: Snow is a common occurrence and chains may be required during heavy snowfall. 4WD vehicles are recommended over low profile 2WD vehicles.
TRAVEL INSURANCE: Travel insurance is up to the guest to purchase; refunds not given due to Covid, smoke, fire, weather, snow storms, road closures, etc.

CANCELLATIONS: Moderate - "Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a full refund. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund."

My family ang I enjoyed having our coffee and breakfast in front of the big window near the deck facing the beach. The beach and pier were steps away and walked on both everyday. The top room and community deck has nice views during the rising and setting sun. All of the living space was clean, comfortable and enjoyable. The parking was a little far and all the gear needed to be transported, but they do provide a cart.

Perfect place to stay in South Lake Tahoe

This property was above what we expected. Communication with owner quick and easy. Perfect location in general for Lake Tahoe and specifically in the condo complex. A side view of the lake from living room, easy access to beach and out the back door to pool/hot tub/firepit area. Place was clean and had all the kitchen and bathroom supplies as needed. Large open space that can easily accommodate a big group. Looking forward to staying here in the summer to enjoy the perfect location to beach and other summer amenities.
