With a home-away-from-home ambience, this cozy 2-bedroom townhome is located in one of the area's most desirable communities. With an artsy Tahoe cozy-cabin feel and a short stroll to Lake Tahoe, you've got the perfect recipe for a memorable family vacation. Relax on the spacious sectional seating, warm up by the gas fireplace, and enjoy family movie nights together on the 55" TV!
This home does not have air conditioning.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to make quality meals. Cook like a pro with exquisite kitchenware and appliances. A grand wooden dining table seats 8, plus 5 seats at the kitchen counter. After your day of fun, jump into one of the home's comfortable beds. The upstairs bedroom on the 3rd floor doubles as an office with a desk - great for remote work!

Lakeland Village amenities include private beach, pier, swimming pools, hot tub, sauna, fitness center, and children's play area. As our guest, you will have access to all amenities. Boat, SUP & kayak rental are within walking distance in the summer, and ski/snowboard rental in the winter. Get around the city for free with Lake Link, the free on-demand ride service. Free Heavenly Ski Shuttle pickup is at the bus stop behind the lodge on HWY 50.

Parking passes must be displayed in your vehicle while parked on the property and returned to the home at checkout. If a pass is taken from the property, it must be returned or shipped back within 72 hours (tracking required) or a $250 fee will apply.

This home can host a maximum of 6 adults and up to 2 children under 13 years of age; this applies 24/7.

Pets are not allowed. If you have a trained Service or ESA dog, we can help you find a dog-friendly home for your stay.
This home is equipped with privacy-compliant, noise-monitoring technology to protect you from noise complaints.

Great Place!

We loved our stay here! The location to restaurants and amenities of Lakeland Village were perfect. Such a plus to have a private beach so close. The place was perfect for our young family, equipped with things for young kids and adults. They had everything we could have needed. Would definitely stay again!

This was our first time renting a property in South Lake Tahoe and so glad we booked! Exactly as pictured in the website and such a prime location to the beach, literally just 2 minutes away from the door to the private beach! Imagine finishing dinner and walking two minutes to the most beautiful sunset Lake Tahoe has to offer! Thank you for allowing my family and I an amazing memorable first stay!

Family vacation

This was a good spot for family vacation with 4yo and 7yo. Conveniently located near pool, hot tub, and restaurants. 30 minute walk (with a stroller) to Heavenly and casinos. Comfortable beds and kitchen was well stocked. We also enjoyed the fire pits. We would visit again.

Ski trip

Family went for a ski weekend. Although the snow wasn’t the best we enjoyed our stay immensely! The condo was perfect! Clean, beds comfortable and close to the Lake! We will definitely be back! Thank you for the terrific accommodations! Communication was excellent from the start as well!

Cute and Comfy

Great condo, very nice living room and kitchen. Mattresses were kind of worn could use replacing. Bed in 2nd bedroom seems more like a full not a Queen. Good location, close to Heavenly village.

I would definitely stay in this condo again. The only drawback is the condo gets very warm at night on hot days. I had some difficulty sleeping because it was hot in the bedrooms. . I suggest that you bring extra fans. They provided some but it wasn’t enough!

Lake Tahoe Fun

I had my family stay in this nice and cozy condo. The best part of this place was the location. It is about 100 feet away from the lake. The two bedrooms on the first floor and the third bedroom on the third floor are perfect for my family. There was 8 of us and there was plenty of room. There were plenty of beds available for the 4 kids and 4 adults. The condo had a lot of supplies from pillows, blankets, and towels. They had everything we needed. The washing machine and dryer was a plus! I would recommend bringing a pull cart for your stuff. I had a lot of things to bring in and its a slight distance from the parking lot to the front door. Aside from that, this place was perfect.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall our stay was positive, however, two items would prevent me from staying there again. The beds were absolutely horrible, way too soft, and it was the same in every bedroom. Second, there was no garbage pickup from the receptacle outside our front door the entire time we were there. When I called RNR, I was told we had to carry the bags up to the dumpster which was quite a walk. This makes no sense especially because bears are a daily problem at this property.

Beautiful Location, but had some issues....

Although, coffee maker did not work (a replacement was brought, but not a Kerig) So we could not use. Bathroom toilet needed repair. Guests at pool did drugs and offered them to my kids. Man passed out pool side while his small kids looking on. Security came and did nothing.

Reviewer Comments: This townhome was a perfect place to stay if you're exploring the South Tahoe area.We ending up hitting Heavenly (10 min away), Kirkwood (about an hour), and NorthStar (45 min away) while we were here.Clean, plenty of room, only about 200 feet from the lake.I think I saw a complaint about the couch being uncomfortable, but it was fine (maybe they've swapped it out since that review).10/10 experience overallMy only suggestions would be...1 - Upgrade the coffee maker to something that auto shuts off. We left it on when we were gone (completely our fault). Nothing happened, but other guests might make the same mistake and overlook the on/off button2 - Don't expect to get into the hot tub. We tried to go 2x evenings while we were there and it was packed (not just busy, but packed). Only solution would be to create a separate space for more, but that would be a community-wide thing, not specific to this listing.Thanks for having us!
