Welcome to the Sunset House, named for the stunning sunsets that are viewable all year.

The Sunset House is close enough to town and the beach, while being nestled up on a hill over the tree tops for one of the best ocean views in Nosara. A surfers dream to roll out of bed and see if the waves have desirable sets.

This uniquely designed house invites you to spend most of your time outside on the sprawling terrace, enjoying the views of the ocean with the consistent breezes from the hills.
The Sunset House offers a lap pool that reminds you of a lazy river on a hot day. The sprawling terrace lends itself to day dreaming while lounging about or just enjoying being in nature without leaving the house. If you are entertaining family and friends, a natural setting to or sunset .

The Sunset House has a newly remodeled chefs kitchen with a back .

The two level home offers four bedrooms where you can spread out to be comfortable. Each bedroom features floor to ceiling windows that open to invite nature inside. Each bedroom also offers its own ensuite bathroom with shower.

Exceeded expectations! The photos of this house simply do not do it justice. This home is it's own private oasis on the top of a steep hill (VERY STEEP), just a few minutes drive to the center of Guiones with the most incredible views of the ocean in the front and jungle views in the back. Even in the heat of the afternoon we would sit on the deck enjoying the ocean breeze that made the temperature close to perfect. We could hear the howler monkeys in the distance and spotted many gorgeous birds from the outdoor shower which backs up the the vibrant and and well preserved jungle. Our hosts were so helpful- all of our questions and anything we needed got addressed right away, and the house manager lives onsite which made it feel super secure. There is ample space, with ensuite bathrooms and huge closets in every bedroom. My family of 5- 3 college age boys, loved everything about this house. And we definitely could have fit more people in the house comfortably. This is a really special spot- thank you to our hosts for sharing with us!!! Don't sleep on this one.
