The custom island and lighting set the mood for a relaxing retreat from day-to-day life. Brand new HVAC system, updated with new flooring, modern technology, pleasant lake decor. We strive to make your stay luxurious and effort free. Great care was taken in choosing cozy linens and bedding for your comfort. You can watch the activity on the lake as you sit on the well-appointed deck with a beverage of your choice or enjoy the many other outdoor entertaining areas. The living room has a 48-inch Smart TV for your enjoyment. The master bedroom (downstairs) has a king-sized bed with ensuite full bath, 48-inch Smart TV, private sitting area with recliners, walk-in closet, and with sliders exiting to screened outdoor entertaining area with gas fire pit and lake views. Second bedroom has a queen bed w/barn doors for privacy. Third bedroom has a queen bed with lots of windows with lake view. In addition to the living room area there is also a sunroom off the deck with lots of windows, a sofa sleeper and small desk with monitor. Two full bathrooms are freshly renovated with walk-in showers. High Speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the home, deck and on the dock. We have provided some beach towels for the use of our guests. The kitchen is well appointed with all you will need to prepare full meals. We have both a Keurig and regular coffee pot, mixer, and blender for your convenience. There are enough dishes for 8 place settings. There is a washer and dryer available (downstairs) for your use as well. The dam, and downtown strip is a short 15 min drive away. Our property is intended for family, friend, or fishing vacations. Large gatherings like bachelor or bachelorette parties are prohibited. There are outdoor cameras on property.
