We are centrally located in the heart of Nehalem, the beach is less than 10 mins away and the house is in the backyard of the Tillamook National Forest. The property is 14.75 acres worth of beautiful wild nature.

Getting Around:

You will need a car to get around but it is so worth it! Located minutes from Manzanita Beach, Oswald West State Park (Cape Falcon Hike), and Nehalem Bay, you’ll have access to scenic hikes, local shops, and unbeatable coastal views. Try clamming at the bay, rent kayaks, or sip wine at Nehalem’s local vineyards.



Other Things to Note:

Pet friendly up to 3 dogs with $100 per pet fee (No cats allowed)

Security cameras monitor only the driveway for your safety and cannot see inside the house or hot tub area

Permanent tenant in the garage unit, an employee of the owner, will not bother or interact with you and is separated by a fence.

A privacy fence to enhances your secluded experience

Avoid leaving food or trash exposed, lest you attract unwanted visitors, including aggressive ravens.

Very limited cell service but WiFi calling works

Commercial activity including filming are not permitted.
