Perfect location for access to the river for fishing during this time of year. House was clean, and everything was well stocked, e.g. towels, kitchen items, etc..

We do state clearly on the listing that two cars can be parked in front of the home, and show the parking spaces in the bird's eye view photos on the listing. The home is situated on a busy road and we've worked hard to reflect that on the listing, so guests are aware before booking. Thank you again for taking the time to share your feedback with us.

First, this was a great stay overall. However it lacked a few surprising things that are pretty standard in most home stays. There was no keurig/coffee/tea provided. Most stays include something at least so more of a heads up that you need your own would be best. Second, the beds were great, but there was only 1 bathroom so beware if you have a large group there. There also was no water filter of any kind, if that matters to you. The games were good, entertainment center great. Location on the water fabulous. We really appreciated having the kayak as well!
